Chapter 25

Taehyung and King had gone out for some office work. Queen, Kai and Aena were sitting in the lounge. Kai forced the Queen and the Queen reluctantly agreed to Kai's request and called for Jungkook who was resting in his room.

"Yes mom did you call me?" Jungkook asked happily calling her mom with genuine affection.

The Queen's heart sank as Jungkook called her mom knowing she was about to deceive him again. She looked at Kai indicating she couldn't do it. Kai glared at the Queen and silently showed her a video on his phone from jungkook's back.

In the video, the Queen was agreeing to help Kai separate Jungkook from Taehyung.

The Queen took a deep breath and called Jungkook over stroking his hair as he sat beside her.

"Jungkook will you do me a favor? Nefa is out and this task is urgent. Will you do it?"

"Mom, there's no need to ask. Just tell me what the task is," Jungkook replied, showing his bunny smile.

The Queen clapped and a maid brought a file.

"Son, you need to take this file to a bartender at Moon Club and come right back" the Queen said hesitantly.

Jungkook's eyes widened and he stammered, "M-Moon Club?"

The Queen nodded.

"But Mom if Tae finds out, he'll be upset with me for going to that disgusting club." Jungkook pouted.

"Son, Tae won't find out and all you need to do is go to the club, hand over this file to the bartender who already knows you and come back immediately. That's it."

Jungkook couldn't refuse his mom's request, so he agreed.

"You just need to go to the club and the bartender will recognize you and come to you. Hand over the file and leave. QUICKLY. Understood?"

Jungkook nodded and left with the file.

As soon as Jungkook left the Queen grabbed Kai by the collar.

"I swear Kai, if anything more happens to Jungkook or if you try to conspire behind my back I'll tell the King everything even if it means he divorces me."

The Queen felt somewhat relieved thinking Kai only wanted to create misunderstandings and nothing more. With that thought she went to her room not knowing Kai's real intentios.

Kai looked at Aena and they both burst out laughing, clutching their stomachs.

Kai and Aena went to the garden and Kai called his bartender to set their plan in motion.

Jungkook approached the Moon Club with his heart pounding because he knew exactly what went on inside. He was extremely nervous and even the thought of Taehyung made him scared.

If Tae gets angry I'll tell him the queen sent me against my will.

Thinking this Jungkook stepped inside the Moon Club.

As he entered the club he covered his ears. The music was blaring and the smell of alcohol was everywhere. People were making out all around him. Jungkook shrugged off his thoughts and kept walking straight until a bartender bumped into him spilling all the drinks he was holding onto Jungkook.

"I'm really sorry mister, I didn't see you," the bartender bowed to Jungkook.

Jungkook wiped his clothes with his hand "It's okay."

Hearing his voice the bartender looked at Jungkook and smirked.

"Oh! The soon-to-be princess Jungkook?"
