Meeting?
The rest of the day- and- well, the entire next week, was all pretty normal. Training, playing tag with Emerald, training, chasing Emerald for an hour, and more training-
It was just a normal week- well- Until Saturday- I was sitting on my bed with Emerald when Clover walked in.
Clover: "Lyra, you’re needed in the throne room- I'd go with you but I have work- you remember where it is right?"
I nod and stood up Emerald jumps down onto the floor and wags her tail. We walk out of the sleeping house and towards the palace, looking at the lights down in the village. We got to the gates and the guards let us in after Emerald barked their poor ears off- Through the doors, past the ballroom, and up a grand staircase, down the hall and to the right, Was the throne room where the King, Queen, and Alex were waiting. I stepped forward and bowed.
"Your majesties- You wanted to see me?"
Queen: "Yes, dear. Alex mentioned you wanted to be a half-blood-... Half-being- sorry-. We've arranged something for tonight. Be ready before Sundown."
King: "And make sure to bring Soul- Emerald- with you."
"Alright- Is there- anything else?"
Alex: "No."
Queen: "You are dismissed."
I nod and leave with emerald back to the sleeping house to get ready.
