Accidental outrage
{Time Skip: 6 hours. Current time: 6:00 PM}
Lyra’s POV:
By the time I was allowed to leave the Hospital wing- it was already Sunset. I walked out of the Hospital wing, Looking at the setting sun as it cast its golden glow over the Valley. Then I heard some call out to me and I was instantly knocked to the ground. I looked up to see Kendi and Luna hugging me.
Luna: “I’m so glad you’re ok!! You had us all worried sick!”
“LUNA- I- CA-N’T- BR-E-ATH-”
Luna: “I mean I knew you’d be ok since you’re an Ultima- but still!”
“LU-NA-”
Kendi pushed Luna away.
Kendi: “Alright- alright- Let her breathe! We don’t need her dying from lack of Oxygen-”
I breathed heavily for a few minutes and looked at Kendi.
“Thanks-..”
Kendi simply nodded and helped me up, then hugged me.
I hugged her back, And for a few minutes, we were just hugging while Luna was paying no attention to us and instead was watching the sunset. After a few more minutes she helped me over to a log since I couldn’t walk well. I just barely managed to get out of the Hospital wing… We sat down and Luna came over and sat next to us. After a while, the others showed up and we just started talking about how our day was and such.
Luna: “Oh! Did you guys hear? There’s going to be a celestial reading- or something like that- That will give you hints as to find your Soulmate”
Alex: “Soulmates? Really-? Do you believe in that sort of stuff?- There’s no such thing as soulmates-”
Luna: “Oh come on! You never know! Some people get lucky!!”
Alex: *Scoff* “Yeah right-”
“Are you salty just because you’re a hopeless romantic?- Orr-”
Alex: “HEY!”

Luna: “Do you believe in Soulmates Lyra?”
“Sort of-... I mean I’ve heard stories of people finding true love and all-but I don’t know- It sounds nice I guess-”
Luna: “Wait- you’ve never been in love before-?”
“Nope- and I probably never will be”
Alex: “Hopeless romantic much?”
“Shoosh, you have no room to talk.”
Alex: >:/
“Anyways-..”
Luna: “That's sad-... Hunter? Void? What about you two-? Do you guys believe in soulmates?”
Hunter: “I- guess?-... I don’t know”
Void: “No, Soulmates are stupid-”
Luna: *Dramatic gasp* “They are NOT!”
Void smiled then ran off with Luna chasing after him.
Alex then turned and looked at Kendi.
Alex: “What about you Kit-Kat?”
Kendi: *Side glare* “Pardon me-?”
Alex: “Do you believe in Soulmates or not?”
Kendi: “First of all, Please don’t call me that. Secondly, No comment.”
