The sun rose over the sleepy suburban neighbourhood, casting a warm glow across Selene Casanova's bedroom as she stirred from her slumber. With a contented sigh, she stretched her arms above her head, her mind buzzing with excitement for the day ahead. Today marked the beginning of her final countdown to her sixteenth birthday, and she couldn't wait to see what the future held in store.

After getting into her own groove, she rocked a pair of brown parachute pants that flowed with every move, teamed up with a loose, off-shoulder crop jumper in the same vibe. This chill yet stylish combo totally nailed her vibe, giving her the confidence to own the day with her laid-back charm.
Selene descended the stairs of her home, her parents already bustling about in the kitchen. "Morning, Mom, Dad," she greeted them with a bright smile, the anticipation for her special day evident in her eyes. "Morning, sweetheart," her mother replied with a warm smile, bustling about the kitchen as she prepared breakfast.
As Selene made her way to school, she couldn't help but revel in the attention she received from her peers. With her striking looks and confident demeanour, she was the object of admiration and envy among both girls and boys alike.
Among her admirers was Reno Clark, the charming and charismatic heartthrob of their school. With his tousled chestnut hair and piercing blue eyes, Reno was the epitome of teenage perfection, his easy smile and magnetic personality making him the centre of attention wherever he went.
"Hey, Selene," Reno called out as he caught sight of her in the crowded hallway, his grin widening as he approached. "Looking as stunning as ever. "Selene rolled her eyes playfully, a smirk playing at the corners of her lips. "Flattery will get you nowhere, Reno," she teased, her voice laced with sarcasm. Reno chuckled, undeterred by her sass. "Ah, but it's worth a shot," he replied with a wink, his charm oozing from every pore. As they made their way to class together, Selene couldn't help but feel a flutter of excitement in her chest.
There was something about Reno that set him apart from the rest, something that drew her to him like a moth to a flame. Throughout the day, they bantered and laughed, their easy camaraderie drawing the attention of their classmates. But amidst the light-hearted banter, Selene couldn't shake the feeling that there was more to Reno than met the eye, a depth and complexity that intrigued her beyond measure.
