As Fransisco and Isabella conversed, the weight of their discussion hung heavy in the air. "Mom wanted you to go to London, but I already told her no," Isabella revealed, her voice tinged with concern for her brother.
Fransisco's response was resigned, his resolve evident as he replied, "I decided already I'll go." With a heavy heart, Isabella left the room, realizing the depth of defeat Francisco felt over Moon. Later, Fransisco met up with Brandon and Fredrick, revealing his decision to leave for London. Meanwhile, Moon, unaware of Francisco's plans, saw comments online about his departure and rushed to confront him, her fury barely contained. However, her ego prevented her from pleading with him to stay.
The next day, Fransisco sought out Moon at her workplace, only to learn she was at her other job in the kitchen. Determined to bid her farewell, Francisco went to the kitchen, insisting that the workers call her out. As Moon emerged, Fransisco expressed his desire to say goodbye, leaving the decision to stay or leave in her hands. Yet, consumed by pettiness, Moon remained silent, and Francisco, resigned to her choice, bid her a silent farewell before departing, leaving both of them grappling with the consequences of their pride.
Liam's question caught Moon off guard as she focused on her work in the kitchen. "Is that your boyfriend?" he asked, nodding towards Fransisco who had just entered.
Moon paused, momentarily taken aback, before responding firmly, "No, he's none of my concern."
I didn't even say goodbye properly, maybe I'll regret it. But maybe it is better for both of us this way.
As Isabella and Fransisco stood at the airport, preparing to depart for London, the rest of F4 gathered to bid them farewell. Before they walked off, Juan leaned in and whispered something to Fransisco, his words causing a flicker of uncertainty to cross Fransisco's face. Isabella tugged at Fransisco's arm, urging him to board the plane, but he hesitated, a sudden doubt gnawing at him. Despite his inner turmoil, Francisco allowed himself to be led onto the plane by his sister, the weight of Juan's words lingering in his mind.
As they landed in London, Fransisco found himself overwhelmed by a flood of emotions. Amidst the hustle and bustle of the airport, he was consumed by a powerful flashback to his conversation with Juan. "Nothing happened between me and Moon that night," Juan's voice echoed in his mind. "I think the person she really likes is you."
Fransisco's return to the restaurant brought a warm welcome from Ms. Sharon, the familiar face he hadn't seen in years. "Francisco! You're back," she exclaimed, her eyes lighting up with joy. "Yes, but I'm here for food," he replied with a smile, his appetite already whetted by the aroma of the dishes. "We're not open yet haha," she chuckled, but Francisco was undeterred. "Ms. Sharon, you can cook for me, please," he insisted, his tone playful.
With a knowing smile, Ms. Sharon set about preparing Fransisco's favorite dishes, each one infused with the love and care that had become her trademark. As they sat down to eat, memories flooded back, and Ms. Sharon couldn't help but remark on how much Fransisco had grown since she first met him. "It's been four years, right? You've grown up so much. I remember when your mom first brought you to London; you were only 6," she reminisced, her eyes misting over with nostalgia. "I felt so bad when you were in front of the store, hungry," she admitted, her voice filled with regret.
Francisco reached across the table, gently squeezing Ms. Sharon's hand. "It's a good thing I met you, Sharon," he said sincerely, his gratitude shining through. And as they talked and ate together, the bond between them grew stronger, a testament to the enduring power of friendship and the warmth of shared memories.
As Moon busied herself in the kitchen, Liam approached her, a dish in hand. "I'm preparing for my chef exam tomorrow. It can take up to 3 hours," he explained, his tone tinged with concern. "There's another way as a shortcut, but it may seem lazy, and the plant is hard to get to replace the taste."
The next day, as Liam worked on the plate, disaster struck. Despite his efforts, he messed up, and time was running out with no chance to redo it. Seeing his distress, Moon sprang into action. Determined to help her friend, she rushed to find the elusive plant at a store far away. However, in her haste, she tripped and fell, ruining the plant in the process.
As Moon despaired over her failed mission, a familiar voice broke through her thoughts. "Hey little girl, do you remember me?" The old lady she had once saved stood before her, offering a glimmer of hope. With a grateful smile, the old lady handed Moon a new plant, explaining that she worked at the field that produced them for free.
Filled with renewed determination, Moon rushed back to the kitchen, where Liam awaited. With the replacement plant in hand, she assisted Liam in perfecting the dish, ensuring that he passed his exam with flying colors. And as they celebrated their success together, Moon couldn't help but feel grateful for the unexpected twists of fate that had led her to help her friend in his time of need.
