We're Moving In

It's been a few weeks since I've seen Dave. Luke says that he's still an ass at school. I can see that. He's always been an ass. I'm just glad Luke doesn't stoop to Dave's level and fight him again. I really don't want them to fight.

Today, Ashton, Michael and I are looking at another house he found. It's a long drive away from the motel though. I'm glad I'll be away from Dave, but sad that I'll be away from Ashton, Calum, and Luke. I don't know if it's the right thing to do.

"So what do you think?" Ashton asked.the house was nice. It was big and had a pool in the back."It's nice Ashton, but isn't it a little big?" It was big for just two people.

"Yeah about that, um, what if the rest of the boys and I moved in with you two?" Honestly, to me, that would be great. My best friends living with me would be amazing.

"I understand if you don't want that. This is a short notice-" I cut Ashton off "No. It's fine. As long as Michael agrees." I looked at Michael and he nodded.

"It's fine with me. We could use a little extra help around here." Michael chuckled.

"Wait. Ashton, how much is this house?" This was a major concern for me. I don't have a lot of money and I don't want the boys to pay for it.

"Don't worry. Our parents are paying for it. They are pitching in to help us. Don't feel bad or anything. They were thinking of getting us a house or something anyway." Ashton said which made me feel more guilty. I know he doesn't want me to feel guilty, but I can't help it.

"Are you sure your parents are ok with this? I can't help but feel bad." I said. Michael turned me around to face him and said, "our parents were talking about getting us a house so we could live together for a while. Kinda like a 'going away' gift. Don't worry about it." He kissed my forehead and hugged me tight.

"I'll go fill out forms and such." Ashton said and walked out.

"Can you believe this will be ours. We'll be away from everyone and it's almost New Years." Michael was so excited about this. I was too.

New Years was just a few days away. We all spent Christmas together at Luke's house. His parents were really nice and his brothers were too. We ate a lot of food and just talked. It was simple, but beautiful.

Ashton came back inside the house and said, "all right. This is ours. We can move in today if you want or do you want to tomorrow? Luke and Cal have their own cars now so they can bring their stuff. We can have a vehicle to bring in beds."

"Michael, we need to buy beds and drawers. We only used the ones at the motel." I whispered to Michael.

He stayed quiet for a bit then said,"make sure the vehicle stops at my house. I have things I need there too. What about your house Alana? We can sare a bed and drawer, but don't you want a few things?"

I thought about it for a bit. I can't exactly have a huge truck at my house.i wpuld have to wait til my parents were gone.

"I would need help though. I don't need the hige. Vehicle, but if we could stop by tomorrow or something. Maybe today. I can get my stuf. My parents are working still." I told them. Ashton doesn't exactly know everything about my family.

"We can go now if you want." Ashton said and I nodded. I can keep the stuff in the motel and pack it in the huge moving truck or whatever they plan to get.

2 and a half hours later

We arrived at my old home. Haven't been here in so long. No one is home so that's good. I just need to get my stuff and leave.

I find the spare key to my house and walk in. There are shattered pieces of glass on the floor. No time to investigate. I need to get boxes, pack and leave.

Michael knows I want to get this over with quickly. I found nine boxes and Michael found eight. I don't know if I'll need so much.

I pack all my clothes in four boxes. My makeup, flat iron, and other hair products in another. I take my box of memories out. Bo use in putting it in another box. I put my music and posters in another box along with some books. I bring my camera and put it in a box with my cute little stuffed animals. Adam gave them to me. I put my jewlry and umbrella in that same box. I grab my shampoo and conditioner and body wash and put it in another box. Michael packed all the boxes in the car.

I stayed behind and looked around my room. Then I quickly looked around the house to see if I might have forgotten something.

After I searched, I come to find nothing of use. I take in one last goodbye, this time, I am happy to leave.

I hopped into Ashton's car and we drove off to the motel. "I can keep everything in here and when the moving truck comes, I'll be sure to put them all in. You two can spend the night at my house. I'll bring big boxes so you can put your stuff in. I'll be back in like an hour or so." Ashton said.

We already told the other boys that were moving in. They were happy. They texted us that they finnished packing and their parents are sad, but happy they are leaving. I can't believe this is happening.

In the beginning, I would have never thought that this would happen. I'm so glad everything changed for the better.

There's the second update for today guys. I may update later I don't know. Hopefuñly this was better than the other chapter.
