Dreams of Love?

I woke up in Michael's bed. How did I end up here? I look around and everyone is here except Michael. How did we end up here?

My arms are wrapped around Alana. She looked so cute sleeping. Her face was so adorable and cute. I could stay here all day. She looked so calm and peaceful. Wait. She's Michael's. I can't flirt with her or anything because that's so wrong. I can't fall for her. I can't do that. It's going to be hard now since we all live together.

I need to get up. I get out of bed and walk to my room. I'm going to finnish my sleep here. I lay down in bed and fall asleep. It's 8am, but I'm stil tired.

"Hey Alana can I talk to you?" I ask. She gets up from the sofa where Calum was and comes over to me. We walk in my room and sit on my bed.

"What's up Ash? Is everything ok?" She asks me looking concerned. "Yeah everything's fine, I just wanted to know if you wanted to go out. With me. On a date. Just us two. You don't have to if you don't want to though. That's fine. I just-" she pressed her finger on my lip gently and said, "of course I'll go on a date with you." She smiled. It's the first time I've seen her smile since Michael. Luke stopped coming around and it's putting Calum in a sad mood too. Everyone is basically crushed. On the bright side, Alana has talkef to me more now. It's great. I've fallen for her smile. Her laugh. Her eyes. The way she flips her hair out of her face. The day I woke up and she was asleep. We were all on Michael's bed and she was in my arms. I've always noticed Alana, I just always put my thiughts away because I never thought I'd have a chance. Now I know I do. I will be better than Michael and deffinately better than Luke.

Calum has a girlfriend. They've been arguing a lot. That's another reason Calum hasn't been Calum in a while.

"Can't wait. Tomorrow. I'll pick you up at 7 then." I said with a smile.

She laughed and said, "you know we live together right? That was cute though." I mentaly facepalmed right there.

"I knew that. Sorry." I said. She hugged me and kissed my cheek. "So I'll see you tomorrow at 7." She said and smiled. And with that, she walked out the room to watch more tv with Calum. They're best friends. Us three, we're all best friends. We care about each other and here for each other.

~8 months later~

"Babyyyyyy. I wanna go get a puppy. We need a puppy." Calum begged me. He's been wanting a puppy for a while now. "No Cal. We don't need another animal in this house." I told him. He paused for a moment then looked at me with a pretend hurt look on his face.

Nothing really has changed. Calum broke up with his girlfriend a month later. He hasn't been happier. Alana and I are dating. Our first date went amazing. It was simple. We went to the park and had a cute picnic and played on the little children's play area. It was her idea and I thought it was great.

Since then, everything has gone up. Luke and Michael don't come around though. Michael walked out on Alana. He knew she needed her the most and he just left. He said it was too much for him. He just left. He left a note and left. When we came back from the hospital, Alana found the note on her side of the bed with a rose. She still has the rose and I don't blame her. He was important to her and he just left. She was in the hospital, and he left. Luke left because he wanted Alana back, but she refused. He was so upset that he just left. At first, Calum was upset with Alana and blamed everything on her, but then he came back around the next week and appologized.

Luke has talked to Calum though. They've talked for a few weeks, but he won't talk to me or Alana.

"Baby, can you come lay down with me?" I heard Alana's voice. I go over to my room and lay next to her. We cuddle for a while before drifting off to sleep. I wouldn't trade this for the world. Alana's soft body next to mine. My arms around her. She's so perfect. I love her so much. She means so much to me. She's so stong. That's one thing I love about her. Her strength.

I woke up in cold sweat. What did I just dream about? Was it a dream? I turn my head to find my bed empty. It was a dream. I put on a shirt and walk downstairs. It's 10 am now. Maybe the others are up.

I walk into the kitchen and notice no one is here. Probably still asleep. I grab waffle mix amd a waffle maker and begin my process. I need to wat something. I heard footsteps behind me and brushed it off. "Boo!" Someone said causing me to jump. "Calum!-oh, hey Alana." I said. I didn't want to see her now. I need to gather my feelings. My dream was about me and her and how much I like her. She's beautiful. Esspecially now because she's laughing and the lighting in the kitchen fits her perfectly. Why is she so beautiful? How is one so perfect? Why am I still thinking about her?

"Umm. Uh- waffles?" I asked. This only made her laugh a bit more. "I'll make the waffles. You can sit down. I know how to cook." She said controling her laugh. Great. Another thing for me to like about her.

"By the way, thanks for staying up with me. You and the other guys are the best. I love you guys so much." She said looking at me. The way she was standing made ger look cute. With her hair in a bun and a sweatshirt on with sweat pants. "We love you too." I said. She smiled and hugged me. She gives such great hugs. "Haha thanks." She said giggling. "Did I say that out loud?" I asked and she just nodded her head.

7 months later

I put on my jacket and grab my keys. I'm going to get off of work soon. I work at KFC now. Michael and Alana are dating and Calum is dating a girl named Sharon. Luke and I are single. I take my phone and say goodbye to my friends.

I turn on my phone and see that I have a missed call from Luke, Calum and a random number. Luke and Calum texted me numerous times to come home quickly. Then others were telling me to go to the hospital.

Cal: Alana is in the hospital. She tried to O.D. she's been here for a while and I'm scared. Please hurry.

Alana is in the hospital. She tried to commit. God please let her stay. I love her. I've fallen for her. I need her. I love her!
