"Amber, we have a meeting mamayang 3pm with Sir Andrew of Skyline and mamayang 7pm dinner meeting with maam Ella of Bella Creatives" pag reremind sakin ni Shiela habang mabilis din ang mga hakbang na nakasunod sakin.

Paglabas namin ng elevator ay bumungad agad samin ang pangalang GEM CREATIVES.

"Good morning maam" Bati ng mga nakakasalubong namin.

"Good morning". nakangiting bati ni Shiela pero deadma lang ako.

Pumasok nako sa aking opisina habang nakasunod parin si Shiela.

The only thing that kept me busy and occupied this past 7 years....

I put up a production and advertising company with Shiela after kong maka graduate. She is the daughter of one of my dad's friend and business partner. And she's my trusted friend. Naka base narin kami dito sa Manila.

Pagod akong napasandal sa upuan ko. Its almost lunch time and Im starving. Kakatapos ko lang ng dalawang meeting this morning and meron pang dalawa this afternoon.

"I've ordered food na. And tito Albert keep calling me. Di mo ba sinasagot tawag niya?"

"He's been bugging me all night about sa ads na gagawin natin with the Venzalde. I said to him na we will schedule a meeting with them in 2 weeks."

"Let me guess... inaapura ka niya?" Its more of a statement than a question.

"I've told him na marami tayong naka line up na projects and its just impossible na isingit agad agad yung gusto niya. And he wants to schedule a meeting in 3 days." Nakakapagod pala talaga magpatakbo ng business. Its quite draining.

"What?! Eh diba fully booked ang sched mo hanggang friday?"

Napapabuntong hininga nalang talaga ako. Nakakapagod. But I rather want this... Keep myself busy. Para makalimutan narin yung mga masasakit na ala ala.

"You better answer his call. And besides... we're talking about the Venzalde here. Malaking account yan."

Marami na nga talagang nangyari this past 7 years.

Umuwi sa Palawan sina mom...

Everything really changed since that day......

"Fine, I'll call him later." Pagod kong sagot kay Shiela.

We have our lunch then nag prepare narin kami for our afternoon meetings.

Its almost 9pm nang makauwi nako sa condo ko. Sa tuwing pumapasok ako sa kwartong to, I just instantly feel this deafening silence and loneliness.

Bagsak ang katawang naupo ako sa gilid ng kama ko.

And here I am again....

Pagod... Malungkot... Tulala... Mag-isa...

This is my everyday life for the past 7 years. Mas gusto ko na nga lang sa office mag stay to keep myself busy para maiwasan itong mga negative and painful memories.

I took a bath, did my night routine and nahiga na. I have so many random thoughts.

Asan na kaya siya?

Is she okay?

Ano kayang ginagawa niya ngayon?

Naging masaya ba siya?
