–October 31st– Happy Halloween!

Setting- (Evan's Social Club)

Dahlia: *working on the Halloween party for the social club*

Worker: "Mrs. Mancini, where would you like these to go?"

Dahlia: *scans the room* "Please hang those over the bar."

Worker: *nods* "Right away, ma'am."

Dahlia: *grabs her clipboard, checking off her preparation list*

Langdon: *walks into the social club*

Dahlia: *spots him and rolls her eyes*

Langdon: *makes a beeline to her* "How are things going?"

Dahlia: *wants to ignore him, but remains mature* "Things are running smoothly, we should be all set up by tonight."

Langdon: "Do we have enough supplies and products for everything?"

Dahlia: *she nods* "Yes, but you're more than welcome to double check." *snarky*

Langdon: *scoffs* "Nah, I'll take your word for it."

Dahlia: *turns to a worker* "That doesn't look good there, let's take those down and move them to the other corner."

Worker: *nods* "Yes ma'am."

Langdon: *smirks at her* "Boss lady today, huh."

Dahlia: "What do you want?" "I'm really not in the mood for you to be in my presence right now."

Langdon: *rolls his eyes* "You still upset?"

Dahlia: *she glares at him* "Langdon." *she says stern*

Langdon: "Alright, alright. I'll give you space, damn."

Dahlia: *she pulls out her phone to check the time*

Dahlia: "Actually, it's already 2 o'clock. So, you can actually take over. I have to go home and get things ready for the trick or treaters."

Langdon: "You got it boss."

Dahlia: *rolls her eyes* "Double check everything, everyone should know what they're supposed to be doing. The DJ should be here at 10 to get set up."

Langdon: *nods* "Okay."

Dahlia: "Also, we have a supply truck that should be here by 4 o'clock. They are running behind, so be on the lookout for that."

Langdon: "Alright, got it. Now get going."

Dahlia: *gathers her things* "Alright, call me if you need anything."

Langdon: *nods* "Mhm, will do." "You driving home?"

Dahlia: "No, Costello is waiting for me."

Langdon: "Okay, be safe ia."

Dahlia: *nods* "Will do, bye."

–Back at the house–

Evan: *working on his computer in his office*

Evan: *gets a call from an acquaintance*

Evan: "What do you need?"

N/A: "I heard you are throwing a Halloween party tonight."

Evan: "It's invite only."

N/A: "I didn't receive an invitation."

Evan: "It's nothing personal, I have work to do. Is this all you called for?"
