A/N: just so it's clear: Chase is the name of Justin's 4yo(yes the same Chase from reboot because I can and because of someone's comment) and the baby is called Tristan(because Trustin and also because of someone's comment)

Noah was sitting on the couch, giving a bottle to the baby.

Cody was struggling to dress the toddler.

Nicole and Trent were watching.

"Come on, you have to dress up." Cody said.

"No!!! Daddyyyy!!!" He screamed.

"Your daddy is TRYING to sleep." Cody told him.

"I can't imagine him being able to sleep with all your screaming..." Nicole said in annoyance.

The kid looked at Nicole and then screamed louder.

Everyone groaned.

Justin walked over. "Chase! Stop screaming!"

"Daddy..." he ran to Justin and hugged his legs.

Justin tried getting him off. "What are you so scared of?? I told you they're your family too..."

"I want mama...." he cried.

Justin sighed. "I want her too..." He said sadly before hugging his son.

Cody frowned.

"I know it's hard, but you have to listen to what they say, okay? I just really need some time to myself. Okay?"

Chase sniffed and nodded.

"Good boy. I'll get you some ice cream later." He pet his hair.

"Can I get ice cream too?" Nicole asked.

"Yes, of course." Justin said before going back to the room to sleep.

Chase wiped his tears and went back to Cody and let him dress him up.

"Good job..." Cody smiled. "Let's have lunch. Are you hungry?"

The boy nodded.

Cody sighed and went to prepare something.

"Are you okay, uncle Trent?" Nicole asked.

"Why?"

"I'm sure... what uncle Justin said-"

"Don't worry about that, Nicole! This is hardly the time for me to bring my own feelings into this." Trent interupted her.

"I'm glad you're thinking that way." Noah told him. "You'll only make things worse if you bring any of that up."

"I know that. Besides Courtney was our friend too..." Trent said sadly.

Nicole frowned.

"Mama..." Chase mumbled sadly.

Trent looked at him sadly. "Hey, it's gonna be okay! You have 3 cool uncles and an awesome cousin!"

Nicole nodded smugly.

Chase got up and walked over to Trent. Trent bent down to get closer and the boy hugged him.

Trent smiled and hugged him back.

"Hey, Chase, do you want to play with me?" Nicole asked.

"Play what?" He asked.

"I have lots of games. You can choose." She grabbed his hand and took him to her room.
