                                                                              Good Luck. Don't Die

I woke to the bells ringing, ones I know so well.

The ones that made me cry when Brennan left for the first time, the ones that made me almost want to throw up when Mira gave me that last hug, knowing I was alone now dealing with my witch of a mother.

The ones I dreaded two years ago when I would need to let Dain leave, thinking there was no possible way I'd be able to survive a year without him, everyday I dreaded getting a Navarrian sealed envelope when they all were in Basgiath.

The bells I heard waking up last year seeing the downpour, Mira coming to help me pack, not knowing what the hell this year was going to bring.

Again I hear the bells. A second year, one of the most powerful riders, having two dragons, having... an after effect of venin attack from little on to nearly a month ago, knowing who I am a bit more. Bonded to Xaden...

He arrives sometime today.

Now needing to be a rolls keeper to track all the cadets names and listen to all the ones who are going to die today. I know for sure Dain purposely gave us those rolls, just to torment us a bit more. Knowing I'll be writing down the marked ones, knowing I can't do anything when they fall and die.

Sloane enters today.

I sit up looking out the window. It was sunny, that's good. Though it was a bit windy for my taste. That's concerning.

I get up putting on my new ' Second Year' uniforms, that seem a bit more modern and better quality then the First Year. Though seeing there's so many that die they need those in bulk.

It was hot.

I put on a sleeveless top, hiding my vest under it. Same tight riding pants with sheathes. I debated bringing Liam's sword with me. I opted out , hiding in protective wrapping under my bed on the Second year floor. As last year Hetta and I room right across from one another.

No Liam kitty corner from us.

I brush through my long silver hair opting for a low pony braiding the end of it, I attach some sheathe bands to my arms and lace up my boots when the faint knock of Hetta erupts my door.

She doesn't wait anymore like she used to, since she's took the roll of Squad Leader it's like she changed she acts more..Riderish. Which it nice so she's not so delicate as before but it's just...odd. Not having her like how she was before.

It's like she still switches from Hetta to Squad Leader not sure what yout going to get depending on the situation or comment.

" Happy Parapet!"

That was sarcasm. It's Hetta.
