I couldn't stand, the rush of energy I had faded.
I lay there panting as I looked up at the cold night sky, Rhys proceeds to stand over me telling em help was coming. I didn't know who the hell ' help' was seeing Xaden is hours away.
Not Xaden.
Bohdi.
Though they look to alike as he comes towards me with Imogen and Hetta. " What the hell happened?!" Imogen asked scanning me over.
" Varrish..." I push out.
Hetta makes her way to me looking equally as troubled as Imogen, " What did he do to you? Especially to you.. You should've killed him.."
" Cadets can't just go around killing authority." Imogen snaps sending her a look, " You look like.. How you looked at Althybene."
I barely nod, " He made me use everything.. Almost everything."
" He tried burning you out?" Bohdi questions concern etched on his features.
" He wanted to see Andarna. And he wanted to put me in my place..asshole..."
Again everyone pauses, Bohdi looking up at Rhys for just a moment them to me. " Did he?"
" No. I refused."
" Go to rest." Rhys demands. " I'm taking matters on the dragon side. Let them take you."
He backs away more allowing them to help me up slumping between Imogen and Bohdi. I hear the swift Wing beats of Rhys as he takes off quite hurriedly.. Maybe Varrish will be dead if he gets a hold of Solas.
Which personally I'd encourage.
" What are you going to do if he asks to see her again?" Hetta asks from beside us. " Surely you can't bring her."
" I know. I have no idea what I'm going to do." I mumble sounding drunk from the lack of energy I have to even talk properly.
At some point I don't think my legs were even working I'm preety sure they just dragged me back to my room. Hetta insisting to stay with me just in case. She helps settling me into the bed grabbing a few crackers and a glass of water for me to ' try' to get some energy back.
I appreciate the effort.
I slowly bring a cracker to my mouth washing it down with a little water as I shakily set the glass down. " Thanks."
She sighs as she climbs in the bed looking at me. " Was he just waiting for you?"
