He's letting me. As selfish as it may sound, if i knew he'd let me in just sleeping with him I'd done it a long time ago. Not like it's hurting me.. infact I loved it. We just stopped an hour ago to get ready for this.
I see him looking in the mirror at me with a small grin on his face as I raised a brow. He passes me the sword sheathe as he slings his two on his back. " Almost ready?"
I nod standing, feeling a little bare underneath without the armor, hoping Sloane is wearing it well and not dead... I really need to get back..After this. I'll go. Sometime...Maybe after a few more rounds. Not like it matters, Varrish is going to have my ass either way, if I leave after or stay for another day.
I secure my sword and daggers, " Where are we flying to?"
" Just follow. Less you verbally know the safer you will be."
" So you can allow me to come with you but not tell me any details?"
" Precisely."
" That's bullshit." I comment.
" It's called keeping you safe Fury. The less you know the less danger you'll be in and the safer I can keep you."
I scoff, " But yet if I happen to get mind read, they'll still see us dropping supplies."
" But they won't know where it is. A open field is an open field. There's thousands all over."
He kisses my temple so quick I barely felt it as he walks opening the door for me. " Let's go."
Rhys and Segyl were already waiting outside for us, Rhys narrowing his eyes specifically at Xaden. " I thought you said you wanted to keep her safe."
" She will be."
Rhys chuffs " Yes... She will be.. When she's flying out of the wards, by gryphons, where we will be partaking in illegal activities. Also, might I add where wyvern could be? If we need to defend ourselves even from gryphons everyone will know it's Freya. Whether he uses fire or lightning they will know it's her. If she uses power, it'll draw venin. And WHEN they come we'll have a whole different reveloution."
" Sounds like you really thought that through." Segyl chimes in.
I climb on Rhys and we take off.
" She won't be using any powers. If I feel even an inkling of danger or suspicion I'll kill them." Xaden says aloud.
