A couple hours have passed as now Cake is wearing a bath towel while BMO charges her Camera Phone.
Cake: BMO, you done chargin, my phone yet?
BMO: Almost... Finished...
BMO strains themselves a little more before a light beeps and BMO becomes tired from charging the phone.
Cake: Thank you, Sweetie. Alright, let's figure this out. Right... Now!
Opening up the phone, the first video begins to play.
[Cake: Hey, Hey, Hey! This is Cake on my new camera phone!]
She moves the Camera back and forth messing with it.
[Cake: Hey, Fionna come say 'hi' to my camera phone.]
Fionna comes into view shortly after.
[Fionna: Hi, Camera Phone!]
[Cake: Come on, Suit boy, you too!]
She turns the camera toward you sitting on the couch reading a book. You give a affirming grunt as your greeting. She then starts moving the Camera phone back and forth before a noise is heard and a blue light shines on them. Turning the camera phone in its direction a portal opens up and Marshall emerges.
[Fionna: Marshall Lee!]
[(Y/N): Sup.]
[Marshall: You guys wanna come party in the Nightosphere with me? I'm visiting with my old man and it's hella boring.]
[Fionna: Whoa, wait a minute Marshall Lee. Last time I saw your dad, I sliced open his soul sack.]
[Marshall: Nah, he's weirdly chill about it.]
[Fionna: Alright, but I'm keepin' my eyes peeled for any sneak attacks.]
[Marshall: Don't be a wuss Bun-Head, I'll protect your buns. Cake, you comin'?]
[Cake: I don't wanna.]
[Fionna: Come on, Cake, If I'm going you gotta come too.]
The Camera loads and the next thing that shows up is video footage of the Nightosphere. Marshall, Fionna and you messing around with some instruments before Hunson shows up. He begins to talk about Marshall taking over the "family business" when there really wasn't anything more than him taking over the Nightosphere which Marshall quickly rejected. The thing that stood out was Hunson removing an amulet from around his neck which sucked his suit into it, leaving him in a white tank top and pink striped boxer shorts, before handing it off to Marshall.
He walk off before Marshall shoves it into his pocket and starts singing for a bit. Before taking out the amulet again and putting it on only expecting a suit. While it magically creates a variant of the tux the Hunson normally wears, it also forces Marshall to turn into the same Monstrous form his father took from before. You and Fionna try to fight him and get the amulet off, but he knocks you both into Cake. He laughs evilly as he is the last thing the camera catches before the video finishes.
Cake: That explains the amnesia-ed. But I also don't wanna know how we ended up in the nanner cage.
Fionna: Whatever, that amulet is controlling Marshall! We've got to go back and help him!
She runs to their freezer and grabs a carton of bug milk.
Fionna: We'll find him using the only portal spell we know!
You carve the ritual face into the tree bark and Fionna splashes it with bug milk before reciting the incantation.
Fionna: Maloso vobiscum et cum spiritum!
