From what Freya could see through the curtains at the dropship door, the day was turning dark. For the past hours, she was watching as the bright sun grew softer and softer until it was dark.

Her eyes were red, and her nose was pink from crying for two hours straight. After Clarke had left, she felt overwhelmed by the confession from her, not able to understand what to do now.

She was cold, shivering actually, her headache had gone down but now her chest was tight from the crying and she felt nauseated.

Every time her eyes closed, she would think back to her family still on the Ark. Even Serena. She would remember the good days with them, and she would smile. She also would remember the times she and Wells had created before earth. Then she'd remember the times she had with Bellamy while on earth.

" How are you feeling?" Murphy asked as he placed a cool rage over freyas forhead. And then she'd remember the good times she had with Murphy while on the Ark.

" I'm okay," Freya mumbled through her sore throat. Then she'd remember the time she and Octavia were taken by Lincoln and Delano.

" You always say that," Murphy chuckled while pushing her hair from her face. And she'd remember the first time she planted her feet on earth.

" Cause I'm always okay." Freya forged a smile. And she's remember the times Johnathan snuck her out the room before she was allowed to walk the Ark freely.

" I know." Murphy smiled before leaving. And then she'd remember the times she and Clarke had growing up.

" Bell? No. Clear some space. Lay him down. Oh, no. Bell..." Freyas eyes shot open at Octavias frantic yells. She watched horrified as Octavia rolled Bellamy onto his side while spewing up blood.

" Hey, big brother." Octavia smiled when he was on his back again. His eyes were filled with tears, and his face was pale.

"I'm scared." The two words from Bellamy's mouth had Freya crying once again, but quietly.

" I won't let anything happen to you, I promise." Octavia whispered, trying to hold back her own tears

" That's what I said to you the day you were born." Bellamy whispered in recognition

"I know. You told me that, like, a thousand times." Octavia chuckled, trying desperately to fight off her tears

" I'm glad you're here." Bellamys eyes slowly began to close

"Just get some rest now, okay?" Octavia said before standing up. Freya met her eyes and could easily detect the fear in octavias bright blue ones.

When Octavia left, Freya stood from her spot and went to bellamys side. When she sat down next to him, his eyes opened, and he looked at her. Reaching up, he pulled her into his chest and held her tight.

" You're a good brother, you know," Freya said in his chest.

" I try to be," Bellamy answered back. Slowly, freyas eyes closed, and she fell asleep in Bellamys arms.

After a few minutes of her snoring, Bellamy gently laid her off his chest and sat up. "Here." Murphy suddenly stood by his side with a cup of water

"Get the hell away from me." Bellamy tossed the water away from him.

"Bellamy, you're sick, okay? I'm just trying to help. Here." Murphy tried to hand him the water again but was stopped by Clarke grabbing it

"Hey, I got this one. Yeah." Clarke said, and Murphy left. Freya groaned in her sleep as she turned over. "Here." Clarke handed the water to Bellamy, who had turned to push some hair from Freyas face

"You feeling better?" Bellamy asked

"Yeah." Clarke nodded, sending a sleeping Freya a longing look.

"That's good. Have you seen Octavia?" Bellamy changed the subject, drawing Clarke's eyes back to hum

"She was up all night helping people. Murphy gave her a break." Clarke sat down on the floor beside Bellamy

"Don't tell me you trust him now." Bellamy gritted out in disbelief

"Trust? No. I do believe in second chances, though." Clarke gave Freya a small glance over bellamys shoulder

"It's almost dawn. Better get everyone inside. If we lock the doors, maybe the Grounders will think we're not home." Bellamy sighed, running a hand down his face

"Not everyone is sick." Clarke cuthim off from any other ideas

"Sick is better than dead." Bellamy snapped before sighing and glancing at Freya behind him to make sure she was still asleep

"You don't think Finn and Jasper are gonna pull it off." Clarke asked, worried for the two boys

"Do you?" Bellamy pushed.

"I'll get everyone inside." Clarke sighed before standing and leaving. Bellamy ran his hands through his hair with a loud sigh

" Pull what off? " Freya suddenly asked, causing Bellamy to jump and turn to her

" Hey, I didn't know you were awake." Bellamy placed a hand on her forhead before sighing at how warm she felt

" Pull what off Bellamy? " Freya pushed for an answer

" Jasper and Finn are blowing up the bridge to slow down the grounders," Bellamy answered. Looming away when he saw the look of worry, filled freya's eyes

" That can go wrong in more ways than one," Freya mumbled deep in thought

" I know." Bellamy nodded while running his hand through her hair and laying back to lay next to her

" Then why? " Freya looked up at him through her eyelashes

" We don't have enough people to defend the camp. Most of them are in here, sick. " Bellamy responded softly. Freya sighed before she snuggled into bellamysbside

" How are you feeling? " She asked him

" Better, you? " Bellamy frowned at her still pale skin and sweat covered face.

" Okay, " Freya shrugged her shoulders. Bellamy, knowing she was lying, pulled her closer and held her as tight as he could.

As they fell asleep in each other's arms, raven had taken the bomb to the bridge while having the virus symptoms. Finn and Jasper ran after her but couldn't do much with her already being on the bridge.

Panic had settled in the camp with the news of the grounders. Clarke regretted telling Freya her feelings but also felt grateful for getting it out.

Freya felt as if her life was starting to crumble down bit by bit. Yet, she held herself together and helped lead the large number of people she was sent down with.

Bellamy was stressed at the problems coming one after the other. He wanted to be with Freya when he knew something she was wrong, but he also needed to protect the camp from their enemy.

Slowly, the entire camp was falling apart, starting with their leaders.
