Freya was finally released from medical, where she now resided in the mess hall with Monty. She stared at a spoonful of peaches and cream oatmeal, feeling herself get nauseated fast. When her eyes met montys' hopeful ones across from her, she inhaled before taking the large bite of oatmeal.
Instead of barfing like she expected, her stomach growled, and she desired more of it. " Hell yea! " Monty cheered when Freya went for a second bite.
" It's so good," Freya said with a mouthful. Dante - who sat in the front of the mess hall - smiled when he saw Freya eating.
" Hey guys - Oh, she's eating." Jasper smiled when he sat down beside the two. Freya smiled before taking a sip of her orange juice
" Just took a week." Monty chuckled, earning a kick from under the table by Freya. He winced as he reached to rub his calf that was now sore.
" How's Clarke? " Freya asked Jasper after swallowing her oatmeal.
" Maya's meeting us to let us know," Jasper answered, looking over his shoulder for maya.
" I love maya," Freya said. The girl would sometimes sit in the medical room with Freya and tell her stories of when she was a kid. The two girls became close, almost like best friends.
" I know." Monty widened his eyes, remembering all the times Freya would talk about the girl.
" Be nice, Mont, or I'll stop eating again," Freya threatened, and Montys eyes widened
" I'm sorry." Monty rushed out, making Freya smirk as she stuffed her face with more oatmeal. Soon, maya sat down beside the two looked uneasy
" You find out something? " Monty asked Maya, who lifted a brow and titled her head with a small sigh
" What is it? " Freya asked, placing her spoon down. Monty reached over and picked the spoon back up and handed it to Freya, who rolled her eyes and held the spoon.
" Apparently, Clarke had some sort of breakdown, just snapped. She started pulling out her stitches and everything. " Maya said solemly and uneasy
" Where is she now? " Jasper asked. With hearing this, Freya froze as she stared at maya in disbelief.
" Psych ward being monitored. Talked to a friend who works there. I think it might be a couple of days before anyone is allowed to see her. " Maya said, shaking her head a little
" We'll see about that. " Monty said before he stood and left. Freya stood to follow him, but a grab to her hand by Jasper made her turn her attention to him, where he shook his head.
" Hey, sorry. " Maya said to Jasper and Freya after Freya sat back down.
" Last time I saw her, I called her crazy I never thought she'd -"
