Derick's POV
I was just on the back listening at them, hindi alam ni Milan na nasa likod ako. But I promised myself na kahit anong marinig ko ay hindi ako manggugulo, I just want to know everything.
When Milan said what Ethan did to her, I wish I just killed that man nung nagkaroon ako ng pagkakataon, maybe this is also the reason why ayaw nya akong papuntahin dito dahil ayaw nyang malaman ko ang mga sinapit nya cause she knows na sisisihin ko ang sarili ko.
I cried hearing that, dahil wala ako noong mga panahong yun, but still I tried to look for her noon. She can forgive someone na naging dahilan ng lahat, so who am I not to forgive, that made me realize na hindi naman sobrang hirap to say the words "I forgive you" and I know na gugustuhin yung marinig ni Papa.
So I left there para hindi na nya ko makita and I'll just follow her advice to go at hanapin ko si Papa. Its all because of Milan and who am I not to follow her this time.

Milan's POV
After that ay ininterview naman yung babaeng kasalubong ko noon. Though this is my first time seeing her.
"Ako po yung kotse na iniwisan ng biktima noon at dinala po namin sya sa Hospital ni Ethan Morales at pinauwi din po nya ako agad dahil ayos na daw po at ang Mama na nya na may ari ng Hospital ang gagamot dun sa babae." She bravely said.
"Mrs. Leonel Delos Santos, sumabog po ba ang kotse na nabangga ni Ms. Melanie Reyes?" Tanong ng abogado namin.
"Hindi po, nakuha pa po namin sya sa loob noon." Napapikit ako at napayuko, how miserable was I then.
"Your honor, kinuha po ng suspect ang biktima at pinasabog ang kotse para ipamukha na patay na sya sa pamilya ng biktima at ikinulong sya nito ng malaman nya ang balak ni Mr. Ethan Morales." Sabi pa ng abogado ko.
Then after some moments of clarification, the judge told us.
"Ethan Morales, having been found guilty of Kidnapping under Article 267 of the Revised Penal Code, Illegal Detention by abducting Ms. Melanie Reyes, Falsification of Document and Evidence by showing the victim a new identity, Harrasment, Coercion and Control by Article 287 of the Revised Penal Code, and Professional Sanctions for unauthorized identity operation on the victim's body, is hereby sentenced to 20 years in prison. Due to his mental disability, he shall be detained in a mental sanctuary. Additionally, he is ordered to pay the victim 1 million pesos in damages. Furthermore, professional involved in the unauthorized operation Doctor Vivian Morales shall have her licenses revoked."
Nang ipatong na kay Ethan ang kaso, niyakap lang ako ni Cheryl at Jerome. I made it, I finally did. And now, we're all crying.
"Ano Road trip tayo?" Pabirong sabi ni Jerome.
"To celebrate." Sabi pa ni Che.
"Sa Batangas." I just smiled then we all just laugh.
"Sa Milan nalang." I said.
"Anong plano mo?" Cheryl asked.
"Pagkatapos ng operasyon, pupunta muna 'ko sa Milan at papaalam ko kay Tita lahat." She will be so surprised when that happened, hindi ko din naman kasi maipaalam sa kanya. At mas maganda ito na ayos na ang lahat kapag nalaman nya.

Sinamahan nila ako sa operasyon at syempre nakabantay talaga sila. After that ay kailangan ko din munang magpahinga at magheal ng mga isang linggo bago buksan ang benda ko.
Derick visited me there kahit may benda padin ang mukha ko.
He told me he still can't find his father sa lola nya but I encouraged him to text him at itanong kung nasaan ang ama nya. Para nadin he's in for a surprise when I saw Milan again.
"Yan mas maganda ka!" He came up to me with flowers on his hand, white ones, roses. Kahit mata ko lang ang kita nya at puro benda na ang mukha ko.
"So ano, ganto nalang ako habangbuhay." At least I'm fine when I speak now.
"Pahabain mo ulit yang buhok mo, para magulo ko ulit." He keeps staring at me, kilala nya na siguro itong mga mata ko.
"Kaya mo 'ko nakilala eh." I smiled, the hair.
"Oh ba't nakatingin ka?" Tanong ko padin but he still stares like eyes of happiness.
Then he lean in and kissed me on my forehead.
"What for?" I asked.
"I miss you" He smile at hindi din naman nya napigilang mag tears of joy, I saw him cry today.
"Don't cry." At ginulo ko lang din ang buhok nya and the comfort feels like our relationship before. "Wait." I smiled, that's what he should do for me.
"Aalis ako to find Papa later." Paalam pa nya, he's so cute kapag pinapaalam nya sa 'kin lahat ng mga ginagawa nya.
"Oo, at wag kang babalik hanggat hindi kayo magkasundo." Biro ko pa.
"Yes Ma'am!" He smiled and I felt love so much this time, right in front of me is the man I'm going to marry and I just know that.

Seven days have passed at nakatayo lang ako sa salamin, like the first time na inopera ako, hindi naman na ako magwawala siguro ngayon. Derick was out looking for his father dahil ayoko din naman na nandito na agad sya.
"Don't get shock, you're a strong woman." Akbay ni Cheryl sa balikat ko.
"Ready? Open." Then unti unting tinanggal ni Doc. Vivian ang benda sa mukha ko.
I smiled and tear up habang pinagmamasdan ang mukha ko, I just smiled I can't say a thing when I saw that woman in front of me, the face I'm familiar with my whole life, Melanie Reyes, for real. It's me, I'm back. Kahit hindi pa fully healed, alam ko it takes time and when that time comes, the scar will dissappear.
"Milan! Oh my God!" Niyakap ako ni Cheryl ng mahigpit at nginitian ako ni Doc. Vivian sa likod ko.
"It may be the last operation na magagawa ko but it is an honor and a great chance na sayo yun. Thank you for trusting me again." I just held both of her hands at that moment.
"Hindi ko po maiipagkatiwala ang mukha ko sa iba kunda sa taong humulma kay Selestine, thank you po." I gave her a smile and a thank you dahil maayos na lahat and this face of mine gives no difference than before.
"Sorry Milan, patawarin mo kami." She still keeps saying that.
"Opo, marunong po 'ko magpatawad." Then I gave her the hug I am so ready to give.
At ngayon, I am so ready to fly to the place I'd always wanted to be. Milan, my name, my nickname Derick gave me. I closed my eyes and just enjoyed the view in front of me. That woman is back at her fullest this time, with the people I love, walang galit sa puso and here striving for the best.
