Zac, "Y'all they deserve this and so much more! I was thinking about paying them $1.26 million a year which would equal $4,846.15 a day, $24,230.77 a week and $105,000 a month! The day was progressing fast and it was almost time for lunch! The men went to grab flowers and then they picked up some Jamaican food!

They arrived at the center and went in!

Receptionist, "Damn! Nice Flowers! Who are you gentlemen here to see?"

The receptionist called the women and told them they had visitors! They walked to the front and time literally stood still for the men!

The women, "Hey Handsome!"

They embraced their men and kissed them on the lips!

The women were holding and smelling their flowers! They told the men to follow them and they walked off behind them! They placed the flowers on the desk in the conference room and sat down! They had been working in their all day since the new hires were using their office!

Zac, "We brought y'all Jamaican food!"

Fatima, "We were just talking about some jerk chicken and oxtails and rice!"

They sat down to eat and the conversation began!

Fatima, "We trained our new replacements this morning and we've been working from in here since then! Today is our last day here!"

Zac, "What does the work entail?"

Lori, "Emails, Zoom Meetings and Case Load Management from time to time! We would also have to come in maybe once a month but it won't be long!"

Tony, "Well we see congratulations are in order!"

Jana, "Most definitely! It's so exciting to actually run the departments instead of handling all the case load and then we can have more free time!"

Meech, "We need to have a conversation with y'all about your up and coming positions!"

Fatima, "Okay we are all ears!"

Zac, "So y'all need Titles! We have the Chief Executive Officer, Marketing Coordinator , Enrollment Specialist and Managing Director!"

Lori, "Well the Idea was Fatima's so it's only right she be the CEO!"

The women nodded in agreement, "RIGHT!"

Angela, "Jana should be the Marketing Coordinator because she's good with advertising!"

Fatima, "Now that's true!"

Jana, "Angela should be the Enrollment Specialist because she used to handle enrollment for the children at the center!"

Fatima, "And Lori can be the Managing Director because y'all know my girl likes to run shit!"

Lori, "Right! Look at us! We figured it out!"

Zac, "I'm glad! Now I want to tell y'all how much you will be making! I am offering 1.26 million a piece yearly! 260,000 will be in stocks and building equity! Do y'all accept my offer?"

Everyone started laughing! There break ended and the men went to go bond with Giovani in the nursery! The women were still stuck on the information they had just heard!
