⚠️VIOLENCE & IMPLIED KIDNAPPING
[THIRD PERSON POV]
The enemies all halted in their steps at the words from Wahlberg, the Eraser's snarling once more as another individual within Innocent Zero's party scoffs mentally to the older man, his mind conveying his disbelief as he fiddles with the pair of scissors in his hands, 'The old man doesn't bat an eye at dark magic capable of stopping time. But...we were already prepared for you, Wahlberg.'
His thoughts get interrupted when the Headmaster casts the male a glare, the rage exuding from the gaze prompting the male to feel like an axe was cutting him in half and causing the male to stumble, fear flooding his being as his mind screams in surprise, 'W-What was...that? The extent of his rage?!'
The shock was almost too much to bear even as Wahlberg let's out a laugh, the Headmaster calmly speaking despite the internal rage filling his being, "Ho ho ho...if that scares you, then...back off you insignificant speck!" His words were filled with anger, the male he scolded shaking violently and fearfully just as Innocent Zero places a hand on the male's shoulder, an attempt to calm the male beside him as he speaks,
"Don't treat my allies so harshly, Wahlberg...you'll make me sad." Innocent Zero was cold as he spoke, his red eyes flashing underneath his hood as he hears the impatient grumbling of the Erasers with his group, the Headmaster ignoring the impatience as he questions their leader, "What is your true goal?"
The inquiry almost prompts Innocent Zero to scoff, the man responding as simply and as calmly as he can, "My goal...I only wish to become the perfect human. Undying, forever beautiful, powerful...that's all I want. These dogs here...simply want their property back." The insult causes the Erasers to snarl once more, but they don't act on their anger even as their impatience swells, Wahlberg continuing his side of the conversation,
"What banal goals. You would sacrifice countless lives for that? Stealing magic power, causing suffering and even killing..." He gets cut off as Innocent Zero speaks up quickly, the man having no remorse in his tone, "Where's the problem?" The lack of care in his words make Wahlberg tense, the man before him continuing to speak,
"I don't see what's hard to understand, Wahlberg, my family exists for my sake. Mash Burnedead is no different – he exists for me, he's mine. So I'm taking him home." Wahlberg lets out a sigh before huffing out a few laughs, the Headmaster issuing his response with a feigned sense of calm, "It would seem...we're destined to be opposed.
"Mash Burnedead will become this world's beacon of hope, and Kat Ride will be standing by his side. If you wish to take them...you must get past me first." He was firm as the words left his lips, two additional marks appearing on Wahlberg's left cheek and directly beside his initial one as his magical power spikes, Innocent Zero responding to his defiance with his own few words,
"It's been decades since we last crossed wands." He was calm even as his right cheek gained two more marks, the marking on his left resembling that of clock hands as Wahlberg summons out the full form of his wand, "Summon...Uranus, God of Sky!" Innocent Zero quickly following suit, "Summon...Chronos, God of Time!"
Two pillars shot up into the sky with their words, a blue pillar sparkling with what looked like electricity wrapping around Wahlberg as a red one with that same electric appearance wrapping around Innocent Zero. The pair of Erasers howling excitedly as monsters began lifting themselves from the earth, one reaching behind Cell War and dragging out another person hidden within their group.
