Sinama nila kuya Royse si Austin para makapag-bigay ng statement kay Tadeo.
Nalaman ko rin mula kay Austin na umalis sa kanila si Patrice matapos ng nangyari sa pagitan naming tatlo nila Duke dahil lumala ang pag-aaway nila ni tito.

I knocked on Patrice's door when we reached her home. I know she's inside.
Lumipas ang ilang sandali at bumukas ang pintuan.
Napangisi siya nang makita ako. From her reaction, I know that she's expecting me.

"Come in." Nilabanan ko ang mga tingin niya bago lumakad papasok.
Dumiretso ako sa sala habang nakasunod siya sa akin.
"Have a seat. Do you want something to drink, dear Yanna?" My jaw clenched.
"Would you also put drugs in my drink and set me up?" Nilingon ko siya.
Lumawak ang ngisi niya at naglakad para kuhanin ang iniinom na wine.
Napatingin ako sa pill bottle na nasa table niya.
"As expected from Dukiel," she sipped from her wine and blocked my sight from the pill.
"The videos and pictures with Rupert, you're also behind them, aren't you?" Gusto ko na manggaling mismo sa kaniya ang totoo.
"Mukhang mahaba-haba ang magiging usapan natin ah," tumalikod siya at nagpunta ng kusina para kumuha ng isa pang glass wine.
"You have a bodyguard with you, so don't worry. Even if I drug you I cannot set you up," sinabi niya habang naglalakad pabalik sa akin.
She poured wine from the glass and gave it to me.
Napatitig ako roon.
Alam ko naman na wala siyang balak na gawin iyon.

Kinuha ko ang wine glass sa kaniya.
"And to answer your question, yes. It was me, bes," humigpit ang hawak ko sa glass at hindi na nagawa pa na makainom.
"How can you do all that?" mapait kong tanong.
"Oh come on, Yanna. If Duke already told you everything, you know the reason why-"
"Is that how obsessive you are to Duke to the point that you bear using the man who truly loves you just to get him from me?" Putol ko sa kaniya na bumura sa mga ngiti niya.
"Austin. What a weak man," she shrugs her head to say how disappointed she is with Austin.
"I pity Austin for loving someone like you," If I broke my word with him, it's not my fault. Ito na ang pinakasala na mga salita ko.
"Huwag kang magsalita na akala mo ay may alam ka sa akin, Yanna!" Nagulat ako sa biglaan niyang pagsigaw.
Mukhang siya ay nagulat din.
"You were my best friend, but you don't know anything about my life," napainom ako sa hawak ko na wine.
"Paano ko malalaman kung lahat ng ginawa mo ay pagpapanggap lang?" Malamig kong sinabi.
Natigilan siya.
"I treated you without any pretentiousness in me, Patrice, but what did you reciprocate? You got me separated from Duke. You made us suffer. You ruin and continue ruining us," lumapit ako sa kaniya.
