I took a bite of the avocado toast, and instantly loved it. It was so flavourful. I wanted to order another one, but I felt it might not be polite to do that when someone else was paying for the food.

Mr Stone looked at me. "You had something you wanted to talk about?". He asked.

I nodded, as I grabbed a tissue to wipe my mouth.

"Yes sir. Well....even though I've accepted your offer, I have my own conditions before I can move in with you guys". I said to him.

"Okay. Tell me what conditions you have".

"Okay. First, I have exams for the end of this semester coming up in three months. I want to be allowed to finish this semester, then I'd take the next semester online". I started.

"Second, I'd like it if this remains a secret. I don't want anyone knowing about my involvement with you or your family. I also wouldn't use your name or power for my personal gain. I'm only doing this for my baby".

"Third, I want to be allowed to breastfeed my baby for the first four months after its born. It's for the child's sake not mine".

"Fourth, I don't want my personal life to be interfered with. I'm not a prisoner, and I wouldn't want my freedom taken away".

I listed my conditions like that to Mr Stone.

He nodded.

"I have a few conditions myself". He said.

"I agree to your conditions. You can finish your semester. I wouldn't interfere with your studies. But I would be assigning you a car and a driver. I won't have you hurrying to the bus station everyday". He said.

"Second, you're only allowed to eat food that you bring with you. No eating of unsanitary food outside. That means you can't feed my grandson with food from your university's cafeteria".

"Third, I'd allow you to breastfeed if you promise to take the money and leave after four months. You are not to have any contact with the baby after that".

"Fourth, you are under no circumstances allowed to do anything that could harm my grandson. No strenuous activity like running or jumping. You'd be using our family's private hospital from now on. I had them look at your sonogram, and it shows your endometrium is thin. I won't tolerate any carelessness".

"Fifth, Ilay is still trying to accept all this, but I'd make sure he cares for you and the baby". He said sternly.

"Oh. His name is Ilay. The father of my baby". I said, as I awkwardly but my lip.

Mr Stone shook his head. "This generation is amazing. You had a one-night stand with a man whose name you didn't even know?".

"Well....I didn't plan on sleeping with him. I wasn't myself that night. And... h- he came onto me first. I only caught a glimpse of his face. How was I supposed to remember to ask his name?". I asked angrily.

Mr Stone scoffed. "Alright. That's enough discussion for today. If you've agreed to my conditions, you should head back to college. I'll have someome pick you up. Perhaps Ilay". He said.

I nodded slightly. "Okay Mr Stone. I'll get going then. Thanks for lunch". I said, as I grabbed my bag, and walked out the door, heading back to college.

I bumped into Spencer, as I was about to enter the lecture hall. He caught me before I could fall.

"Baby girl if you crash into me like that, I might not be able to control myself". He said playfully.

I slapped his arm. "You play too much".

"Where have you been for the past few days? Haven't seen you on campus in a while". I said.

"Right. I should've texted. I had to go home for a few days. My mother had surgery, and I had to be there for her. My sister couldn't come because she just had a baby through a C-section". He explained.

"Okay. How's your mom doing? Has she regained consciousness?". I asked.

"Yes. She's much better now. You can come see her at home when she gets discharged". He said.

I agreed. We wanted to talk more, but it was time for our hospitality lecture. I told him I'd text him later, since I wouldn't have time to talk after lectures.
