Yan ang paulit ulit niyang sabi sa isip. He would like to spill it out, ask her but for sure, their son would be Warren's wild card for her not to leave him. Mahal na mahal nito ang anak niya. Another question resurfaced in his mind.

"Addison." tawag niya dito. "Do you love me?"

Addi chuckled a bit na nagpangunot ng noo ni Levi. Nakaupong nakasandal ito sa headboard ng kama habang si Levi ay sa harap niyang nakaupo malapit sa bedside table na hinay hinay'ng iniinom ang kalahating basong brandy.

"Ayaw mo namang maniwala di ba?" she smiled. She does. She does love him with all of her heart. At paulit ulit niya yung sinasabi sa kanya.

"Yes. Even when you'll say it over and over again. I won't believe you."

"Bakit naman?"

Not unless you'll leave him. Leave him just what you did to me before.

He sighed deeply. Ano ba talagang plano niya sa babaeng 'to? Hindi pa pala buo ang loob niyang itigil lahat ng 'to? Him and Rico are seeing, or maybe dating? Still, everytime she's close, or even her shadow appears, her scent, the sound of her footsteps, her breathing....he craves her more. Yet they cannot have them at the very same time.

Hindi niya pa pwedeng tugunan ang pagnanasa sa kanya ni Rico hangga't nandito si Addison. Habang nakikita niya ito. At hinding hindi niya gagawing isasabay sila. It's either her, or Rico. Obviously, he cannot have a married woman, so whatever comes, he will end up to Rico. He might....just go fond of her too or discard her afterwards kung ayaw na rin niya. But before that, Warren must know. He must know so that Addison will end this and a win situation for him.

"Copenhagen."

That brought him back to reality.

Bumilis bigla ang tibok ng puso niya, sabay namawis ang noo niya sa biglang pagsalita ni Addi.

"Copenhagen. That's what I wanna go with you. Didn't you let me decide where to go in our pretend business trip?" she smiled with her eyes.

What is she trying to do? To power trip her again puzzling back all his memories? That won't happen. He will make sure when she leaves, she will forever assume she's totally erased and forgotten. With that, she would not bother her anymore and have a terrible married life with Warren for this long journey of cheating with him.

"Okay. If that's what you want."

He saw her disappointment. She must expecting something for him to react. No, he would never bring out how he used to plan bringing her there on their supposed first year anniversary.

The next day, papasok na naman sa trabaho si Levi nang magising siyang hindi na katabi si Addi. Agad siyang tumungo sa labas ng kwarto at nadatnang nagluluto na ito ng agahan. Napansin nito ang paglabas niya na sinalubong siya ng nakasimangot nitong mukha.

"Fridge, what for? Just to store water?"

Levi laughed at her. When he stepped closer, nagluluto na ito ng sardines omellete. May nakahain na ding kanin na tila ang niluluto na lang nitong ulam ang hinihintay ni Addi na maluto.
