Parker napped for most of the day, Judith slept soundly next to her, and Carl sat next to her and his sister, taking care of them like his father had asked. It gave him a sense of purpose, watching over his loved ones when they were at their most vulnerable. Everyone treated him like a child, and he knew that when his aunt was further along in her pregnancy, she would understand his annoyance at being treated as if she were the most fragile thing in the world. Because Rick and Daryl would undoubtedly treat her as such. Parker hated being separated from Daryl, more than she hated being away from Rick. She hated the fact that they were out there risking their lives and she was stuck here.

As grateful as she was to have this opportunity, to bring a child into the world, she couldn't help but have her doubts. She knew it was a big risk because even Judith was proving to be a danger to them when they needed silence. Two babies would be even riskier, and Parker couldn't help but feel like it wasn't the right thing to do. Of course, she didn't have many options, so she would have to keep the baby anyway until the end and hope that they found a safe place before the nine months were up. She also prayed that the endless suffocation she felt from her brother and Daryl would ease a little, but she knew it would most likely get worse as time progressed.

She wasn't weak, and everyone knew that. She hated being treated like she would break into a million different pieces if the wind hit her at the wrong angle. She wanted to be out there helping her family. Not trapped in a church not knowing if they were safe. She hated that Rick and Daryl were out there because if something went wrong and neither of them came back, Parker would have no one. She would be responsible for Carl and Judith and she wasn't sure if she could keep them safe on her own.

"You wont be alone you know?" Carl whispered, and she lifted up the brim of her hat, opening one eye to look at him.

"What?" She asked through a yawn.

"Even if something goes wrong... or someone dies. You'll still have people." Parker smiled, shifting around so that she was facing him.

"I know. But literally, nothing is going to stop me from worrying." She was starting to wonder if she had said some stuff out loud.

"Well if it makes you feel better, everyone is worried about you." Carl pointed out and she groaned, annoyed at the fact. "I mean you're pregnant and dead people are walking around."

"I hate it," Parker admitted, pushing herself into a sitting position. "I hate being treated like I'm about to break into a million pieces."

"They're just scared," He shrugged, "But at least they're trying." She nodded, knowing he was right.

"How long was I out for?"

"A couple hours at most," Carl answered. "Michonne said to let you sleep. So I've been keeping an eye on you and Judith." Outside the church, horror-filled screams were muffled by the walls. Parker stood up, her eyebrows knitted together as Michonne rushed over.

"What the hell is that?"

"Please! Let me in! They're close!"

"Is that Gabriel?" Parker ran over to his office, trying the door but it was locked. "I thought he was in his office."

"Please! Don't leave me out here! Please! Don't leave me out here! Carl! Parker! Michonne!"

"Open the doors! Get them open. Now!" She screamed, running back over to the doors, using all her force to try and rip off the wooden plank that was nailed into it.

"I had to see it!" Gabriel yelled from the other side of the doors. "I know know! Let me live with it!" While Carl and Parker struggled to remove the board that they had barricaded the doors with, Gabriel continued to scream over the growls of the walkers. Michonne took determined steps forward an axe in hand, instructing Carl and Parker to move back before she slammed it down onto the board. When the door finally opened, Parker pulled out her gun and shot at the walkers as they circled around Gabriel, their defenses keeping the majority from getting close to him
