Daryl left the next day, his anger driving his decision to try to track down Dwight, the man responsible for Denise's death and the same man Daryl had helped in the burned forest. Parker was with Michonne, Glenn, and Maggie, organizing their arsenal of weapons in case of an attack and they were talking about planning to set up more surveillance points when Daryl came out of the garage on his motorcycle. Parker heard the roar of the engine and looked up, her eyes widening in surprise as she realized she had no idea where he was going.

"What the hell?" She muttered, confusion washing over the four of their faces.

"What the hell is he doing?" Glenn asked at the same time.

"Something he shouldn't." Michonne huffed, taking off towards the gate.

"We gotta stop him," Glenn told Maggie as he grabbed a gun and ran after Michonne. Parker followed after Michonne and Glenn, grabbing his arm before he could get into the truck.

"Bring him home."

"I will," Glenn promised, hugging her tightly before letting go. "Look after Maggie for me."

"Make sure you get your ass back here. We're on a good luck streak right now." Mostly. Since Denise had died, Daryl had barely spoken a word to anyone, and even when she tried to talk to him, he refused to acknowledge her existence. He didn't go to bed the night before, and Parker spent that night alone, wondering if this was it. She had confided in Glenn and Maggie about how she felt, and they offered their support. So When Daryl left, Glenn quickly followed after him.

"Make room for my freckled ass!" Abraham jumped in front of the car when they tried to drive off.

"No. Cover my watch. You stay." Rosita ordered and walked around to the back of the truck.

Daryl had a habit of thinking with his heart instead of his head, and when he saw the arrow pass through Denise's eye socket and saw the familiar blonde hair that belonged to Dwight holding his crossbow, he thought of Beth again. He felt guilty for Denise's death because she trusted him and he had trusted Dwight when he decided not to kill him when he had the chance. He felt like Denise's death was his fault, and that he needed to do something to avenge her. Parker and Maggie stayed behind and continued counting their weapons, trying to distract themselves. When they finished, Magging turned to look at Parker.

"Can I ask you a favor?"

"Sure." She nodded, the two walking back to Maggie's house. "What do you need?"

"I think I wanna cut my hair," Maggie replied. "It's getting too long, and I feel like it's time for a change."

"Are you sure you trust me with scissors near your head?" Parker furrowed her eyebrows and Maggie smiled at her reaction.

"Well, I'd like to think I can."

"Me and a pair of scissors that close to your head?" Parker emphasized. "It doesn't seem like a good mix to me."

"Please, I've seen you kill a walker from three hundred feet away," Maggie insisted. "You got the steadiest hands I've ever seen." Parker raised her eyebrows unconvinced.

"You better be right about this. I'll do it later after my watch." She told her, stopping at the front porch. They each headed to their respective homes, and as Parker went to pick up lunch, she saw Enid inside. The girl turned and smiled at her.

"Hey."

"Hey, Enid," She greeted with a small smile.

"You look tired," Enid commented, holding her food.

"Yeah," Parker nodded, rubbing her eyes with the heel of her hands. "It's been a long day and I've still got plenty of things to do. Rosita, Glenn, and Michonne just left after Daryl."
