Zhang Hao is pretty much the most famous, sucessful soloist in the country, however his life definetely isn't as perfect as it seems to be.

I'm so sorry for being a day late. I'm currently extremely busy but don't worry I won't disappear completely. I'm just not sure if I can update twice a week. That being said this week will be especially busy so after this chapter I'll probably take a 1 week break to focus on work and university.

Hanbin just can't believe his ears. When he curiously approached the table to know what the two of them were talking about, he didn't expect his best friend to make fun of him.
He is too busy glaring at his best friend, to even truly acknowledge Hao's presence.
At some point he notices though that the celebrity seems to feel a bit uncomfortable, trying to hide in his seat. The rage he felt immediately dissolves when he realises that he turned the attention of every person in the restaurant to their table. How stupid of him, he thinks. What is happening lately that his brain is not properly working. He feels incredibly stupid.
"What are you screaming for? Do you want to give everyone in this place a heart attack, sit down right now." his best friend tells him.
He quickly sits down next to the idol, hoping to hide him a bit from the other people still looking into their direction.
Hao must have felt that he feels sorry for the way he acted as he shoots him a reassuring smile. "Don't worry it's okay", he says quietly.
Hanbin still feels bad but he redirects his focus to his best friend and frowns at him. "Aren't you here to work?"
Taerae sends him a mischievous grin in return "Nope. I am taking a well deserved break after working for so long as a favour to a certain someone."
Hanbin knows he can't argue with that, since he indeed would have been in trouble if his friend hadn't stepped in for him and judging from Taerae's face he is well aware of that fact too.
"I'm so glad, I have such a good friend that goes out of his way to embarass me in front of another person. The same person as said friend has an embarrassing amount of posters of, up on his wall."
He can see that Taerae tries to act like it isn't a big deal but his red ears give him away. Hanbin feels satisfied with his payback and finally turns to the boy next to him.Hanbin's heart almost skips a beat, seeing the way the celebrity almost glows in happiness.
"I'm so glad to meet such a big fan of mine, I'll give you a signature next time, for your collection." The other boy says while winking at Taerae.
Taerae answers with an eye roll. "You two go well together, you will both be the reason, I end up in the hospital because of the distress you cause me."
All three of them burst out laughing.
"Well, since Hanbinie is finally here, I should probably go home otherwise I won't make it to university tomorrow. It was nice meeting you Mr. Zhang Hao." Taerae says in an overly polite way.
"If you ever want another private fanmeeting just contact me." Hao adds teasingly which earns him another eye roll from the boy.
Now that Taerae left, a silent awkwardness settles in between the two remaining boys.
Hanbin is once again jealous because of the fact, that his best friend managed to get close to the celebrity in one short meeting even achieving to get his contact information which he still doesn't have.
"You seem to get along really well" he says trying not to sound annoyed.
"Yes.Your friend is really amazing, I don't think I ever met someone like him before", Hao replies.
It's not like Hao said anything wrong but Hanbin feels like he is about to explode, he wants the other to think he is amazing too.But somehow, as it happened before the other seems to emmediately know something isn't right. "Is everything okay?", he asks worriedly.
Hanbin doesn't know how to answer that question so he chooses to just ignore it for now. "What are you doing here, were you looking for me?", he is painfully aware of how hopeful he sounds.
The other boy suddenly looks shy. "Yes actually I really wanted to apologise for last time."
"What , why?", Hanbin replies confused.
"Somehow every time we meet , I keep becoming a complete mess. This isn't what you signed up for, I'm so sorry."
The thought that the other might feel bad for his emotions, makes Hanbin angry again about everything that the boy had to go through. With as much reassurance in his voice as he can, he says: "You should never feel bad for sharing your emotions, you are such a strong person for making it through everything that happened to you. It honestly makes me admire you."
The celebrity finally looks up and their eyes meet. "You still want to be my friend?"
It doesn't take him a second to reply. "Yes obviously. I always enjoy spending time with you. It doesn't matter what we do or what we talk about, I just want to be there. I hope I can comfort you at least a little bit." As the words just flow out, he immediately turns red.
Hao has turned red himself. "Thank you for being there for me, you're actually the first person I told all of that. I did feel really comforted by you."
He feels curious."Why didn't you tell your other friends about all of that?"
"My other friends? Oh you mean the other guys in my company? They look up to me, I don't want to destroy the image they have of me. It's not easy for me to tell anyone about that, although it just keeps happening with you."
A smile grows on Hanbin's face, the idol might be close to other people too but in the end he is the one that the idol feels comfortable enough with to let him see every side of him including the vulnerable side. "You must have a lot of trust in me because I'm such a cool, special and awesome person" he says with a smug expression on his face.
The other that has visibly relaxed, has a playful grin on his face as he answers. "Well I guess you're right, but from what I gather from a very reliable source, I must be quite special to you too."
Hanbin immediately gets the implication. "Oh no, what else did he tell you?" The other only shrugs with a teasing smile on his face. Later Hanbin will have to have a serious talk with his best friend, but for now he is happy spending time with the boy he can't seem to stop thinking about.
