Hanbin still can't believe he gets to hold Hao in his arms again. When the show ended, he felt dejected and anxious, not knowing what would happen. What if Hao didn't actually see him? What if he didn't want him to be here? He remembers finally getting spotted by the celebrity's manager, whose jaw dropped when his gaze settled on them.
"What are you doing here? How are you here? Hao's has been... is still a mess because of you. And now you're here... " The manager rattles on clearly still in shock.
"What do you mean he's a mess?! Is he okay?! I need to see him now!"
"He couldn't get a hold of you so he kept panicking. Sh*t! Quick, come with me , he needs you."
Ollie had stayed silent during the whole interaction, while Hanbin grew more frantic by the second. They had followed the older man backstage and his heart had almost stopped beating seeing Hao sitting on the floor, sunk into a puddle of a human. He had rushed towards his boy, his heart still breaking at the sight. Without one more single thought he had squeezed Hao in his arms, trying to ground him. Hao's body had shaken so bad, gripping onto him as if he was scared he would disappear again. A little while later when Hao had calmed down and they shared their first real eye contact, it had taken everything in him not to start sobbing himself. So much has happened in the last few days, all the thoughts, worries, emotions and actions suddenly threatening to catch up with him. There is so much he wants to say but he knows once he starts he won't be able to stop until everything is out in the open and that simply can't happen while other people are present. Most of those things are meant for one person's ears only, so for now it's enough to convey everything he feels through his gaze. As always they seem to be completely in tune with each other because Hao's gaze holds an equal amount of emotions, not ready to be worded yet.
It's now that Hao seems to notice the unfamiliar boy, staring at him and fear seems to rise up again.
"It's okay that's Ollie, his family has been helping me since the moment I got here, I'll explain everything later, for now lets get out of here, okay?"
Hao nods clearly still a little dazed from the breakdown.
"Lets get you changed and grab your stuff." Hanbin's attention quickly turned towards the handsome young man who had just spoken up. He was with Hao before he arrived and judging by the way he talks to the celebrity, he clearly cares for him. Something ugly churns in his chest, who does this guy think he is and what are his plans with HIS Hao. Hao must have noticed him staring at the other man. "This is Seungkwan my bodyguard and friend."
Oh no! This is worse than Hanbin thought, Hao also seems to like the guy. The weird thing in his chest forces him to completely ignore the fact that Hao had clearly introduced the other man as his friend. In this moment Hanbin is only certain of one thing he does not like that man.The whole little group starts walking towards what seems to be Hao's waiting room, during the small walk Hao clings to his hand and Hanbin almost manages to forget about his jealousy. Almost...
Once inside Hao disappears into a second small room to change back into his casual clothes and Ollie appears at his side. "Stop looking at that poor guy like he killed your cat."
