Even though the fanmeeting, as is usual only starts in the evening, Hanbin finds himself at the venue early in the morning. According to Ollie it is proper concert etiquette to start queuing as early as possible to secure good spots near the stage. In all honesty Hanbin just feels weird for a multitude of reasons. As he witnesses all the fans and their typical mannerisms he once again can't help but think about the fact that if things had just gone a bit different, maybe he would have been the one cheered on by so many. Also it irks him how some of the fans talk about the idol as if he is not a human, which is kind of understandable because they would never get to witness the small things that make a celebrity human, the things that make Hao , Hao. They won't ever whitness the emotional, soft and slightly silly sides of him, the things that Hanbin came to realize he loves, the things that made him start to fall in love with the other boy.

At this point he feels like he is going to combust if he doesn't get to be with Hao in the next five seconds, which is a bit unfortunate considering he still has several hours of waiting to get through. It also doesn't help that a few fans very obviously recognize him from the dance challenge video. He uses the language barrier as an excuse to evade their curiosity and Ollie cleverly pretends he can't communicate with him either.

A bit later in the day when the waiting line gets more organised he can finally breathe more easily again. The fans in direct proximity to them are all pretty nice, and he and Ollie somehow get coaxed into dancing with them. Hanbin somehow manages to charm them out of their curiosity, or maybe generally just charms them which Ollie finds amusing to no end.

"You know you're lucky you can't understand everything they say. They may become your personal fans at this rate. The dellusional crazy kind", the boy whispers to him in korean which luckily the fans don't seem to understand.

Slowly hour after hour goes by until finally the first fans are being let into the venue. They're not allowed to enter the stage area yet as for safety reasons they're asked to get rid of their coats, bags and unnecessary items first. Ollie insists on buying some merch, which is another weird experience for Hanbin as he sees an excessive number of fans buying clothing articles with the face of the boy he likes printed all over them. Ollie settles on a hoodie with lyrics from one of Hao's songs written on it and a poster to add to the collection plastered everywhere in his room. They're finally led to the stage and Hanbin is shocked to see that the vip tickets actually allowed him and Yujin to get barricade spots at the extended section of the stage. Hanbin is brimming with nervous energy, feeling like he might explode and turn into a pile of dust during the next few hours until the show actually begins.

It soothes him a bit that at least the celebrity's music is being played for the waiting fans which means he gets to hear Hao's voice.

After waiting what feels like another 127 years, the lights get suddenly turned off. It's the moment right before the beginning of a show when everyone feels compelled to hold their breath, and the whole place is brimming with excitement and anticipation.

And then Zhang Hao in all his glory enters the stage, starting the show with one of his most powerful songs, hitting every note with precision, every dance move falling right into place.

Hanbin is masmerized , he wouldn't be able to move his gaze away if he actually tried to. Hao on stage feels like another person, he's seductive, elegant, charming yet somehow still soft and gentle. It's almost scary but in a good way the way Hao barely seems human instead he resembles more an angel sent down from the skies as a blessing.

It's a fanmeeting, so apart from performing the songs, the idol also takes time to interact with the audience, doing little challenges, acting cute.

At some point the idol even is given time to read the fan's signs and answer them if he wishes to. Hanbin and Ollie aren't lucky enough to get picked because of the ridiculously large number of fans , willing to do anything in their power to get the celebrity's attention.

Hanbin is aware of the fact that the end of the show is near and apart from admiring Hao even more he is nowhere nearer to achieving his goal.

Soon after the last song starts playing,it's a slow soft romantic song. As Hao sings he walks to the extended stage one last time, walking around it, waving his fans goodbye.

As the celebrity slowly approaches their side of the stage, Hanbin feels so anxious he could faint, his eyes locked on him.

And then it finally happens, the moment only lasts a few seconds, their eyes meet, Hao's eyes widen in disbelief already halfway on the move to interact with the next fans. Hao circles back now shortly staring at Hanbin in utter shock, he stumbles over the next line of lyrics his voice coming out in a stutter. It only takes him a moment to recollect himself successfully finishing the song, pretending nothing had happened but his eyes keep wandering back to Hanbin as if still trying to convince himself he isn't hallucinating. And then the show is over, Hao walks off the stage, the lights turn on, fans are starting to trickle out of the arena, while Hanbin only stands there still in shock.

What happens now?
