" Fasten your seatbelts and hold onto your hats, everyone. Oh, do we have a special showdown for you. David versus Goliath in a titanic grudge match. The winner can truly say that he is the symbol of Eden Hall. Tonight the Eden Hall varsity Warriors do battle with the Eden Hall freshman Ducks. That's right, folks, look at those uniforms!"

Charlie and Madisyn stood on the ice on separate sides of the entrance. He looked at Fulton, then to the girl before nodding his head. " For Hans."

Madisyn gave him a grin and nodded back. She skated off behind Fulton. The crowd cheered and whistled for them as the team skated onto the ice. People started standing up and the cheering only got louder. The team had started skating in a circle as a Norwegian symbol of respect in honor of Hans.

" It appears the ducks are paying a tribute to their departed friend and mentor, Hans. A touch of the ice is the Norwegian symbol of respect."

The team had all stopped and skated over to their bench where Orion was waiting with a smile. " Alright, let's go hunting for goose eggs. Come on, hands in. On three...'Quack'."

" Quack, quack, quack!"

The crowd joined in on the familiar chant of the Ducks. 

" Go, Ducks!"

" Good luck, Banksie." Madisyn nudged Adam as he skated by and he smirked at her.

" I'm getting deja vu." Adam joked. They both laughed.

" The puck just dropped, and here we go! Ooh, Varsity comes out hard!"

Varsity was playing harder than the match they had the other day. Shoving the team left and right. Trying to get the puck. Rick went to shoot but Julie caught the puck. Madisyn laughed and cheered her friend on.

" Oh! Big save by Julie the Cat. At this rate it's going to take a miracle for the ducks to hang on."

The puck got shot over to someone on the sidelines, he shot the puck just as Madisyn came towards him. She pushed her whole upper body onto the boy, putting him into the boards. Madisyn skated away. When a player went to shoot the puck, Goldberg had blocked it with his skate and there was chaos of Ducks and Warriors trying to get to the puck. When another varsity player took a shot, Julie saved it and varsity players swarmed her.

" Get off me!" Julie yelled to them. 

Madisyn came over, shoving the three boys away from Julie when the ref blew the whistle. Fulton got onto the ice, switching off with Russ. Charlie went to take face off against Rick. Madisyn saw Charlie slam Rick onto the ice. The girl couldn't help her laughter from booming around the rink when she saw it. Charlie passed the puck over to Dwayne, who ducked under a varsity player coming for him. Then Dwayne got hit by another varsity player, who then got hit by Fulton, and then Fulton got hit by yet another varsity player. With Fulton cornered, a player came and tried to steal the puck but Madisyn was too quick and she got to it before he had.
