*Valentina's POV*

"Okay okay take 5" Amber says panting, I laugh as I step out of the ring.

I go over to the bench where our waters are and I take a sip, Amber does the same.

"I'm really glad you asked me to come over" she says as she sits down, I sit down next to her.

"What, there are no other hook ups on your list or what?" I joke, she hits my arms playfully as she rolls her eyes.

"I'm serious" she says "I was worried about you" she admits.

I hum "But this last month it's like you are shining Val" she smiles "I love this look on you" she says.

"Yeah that's the Danielle effect" I tell her "Oh Danielle effect?" she asks back.

I nod multiple times "My girl is a miracle" I sigh.

Just by thinking about her I'm smiling again, she just has that effect.

"So what's next? Will you ask her to be your girlfriend?" Amber asks me.

"Oh it's definitely in process, I'm just waiting till graduation" I say, I already have something planned out.

"So 2 weeks? They finish school at the end of May right?" she asks me, I nod.

"Yeah in 2 weeks also her birthday is in around two weeks too so it's perfect" I say thinking about what I planned for her.

Amber smiles "I love seeing you like this Val" she says "You look happy" she says.

"Because I am" I admit, Danielle makes me happier than anyone ever has.

"Maybe this will make you want to settle down" I tease Amber, she rolls her eyes.

"Yeah thank you I will pass, there isn't anyone for me Val, I don't need anyone anyway, you know I was always on my own" she shrugs, yeah Amber has a really complicated childhood, I don't think I would've survived if I was her.

"That's not true Ambs, you have someone for you too, and once you find them I'll be here for you" I tell her.

"Yeah yeah" she waves me off "Let's get back into the ring" she says.

I laugh before we stand back into the ring.

"This is all for today" I say as I finish my History lesson, I'm done for the day and I couldn't be happier about it.

The kids start leaving the classroom, Danielle on the other hand locks the door and walks back to me.

"Hi beautiful" she greets me, I smile, our relationship just became stronger after what happened 2 weeks ago with her dad.

She kept reassuring me I did the right thing and I slowly started believing it, her father haven't hurt her ever since, I hope he keeps it that way.

"I missed you" she says before she comes closer to me and kisses me.

The kiss becomes heated soon enough, Danielle pulls me closer to her, her tongue licks my bottom lip, I part my lips so her tongue can come inside.

Once it does we hum in unison, Danielle kisses me harder deepening the kiss, she backs us into my desk, I have no idea where this dominance is coming from so I switch us.

Danielle gasps when she realizes what I just did, she smiles before she pulls me into her by my neck, her tongue crashing against mine again, my hands find her waist as I pull her into me even more.

Then I realise we are in school, and I have a rule about not having sex with her in school again, I pull away from the kiss "No" I tell her "Not in school" I tell her.
