Y/n's Pov

As I, Y/n, sat in the car with my mom, Sarah, my sisters Arionna and Harley, we were all buzzing with excitement. Today was the day we had been waiting for - Niles Neumann's basketball game! Niles and I had been dating for a few months now, and I couldn't wait to see him play.

My mom had pulled into the parking lot of the RWE arena, and we grabbed our jackets and headed inside. We made our way to our seats just as the teams were taking the court. Arionna was thrilled to be watching her crush Nelson play, and Harley was hoping to catch Noah's eye (which, let's be real, wasn't exactly a secret).

As we settled in, I pulled out my phone and sent Niles a quick text. "Hey, I'm here! Can't wait to watch you play!

He replied almost instantly. "Hey babe! My Dad is on his way to grab you guys. Can't wait to see you baby!"

We chatted quietly during the first quarter, cheering on the teams as they battled it out on the court. But as soon as Niles checked in, my eyes were glued to him. He was a natural athlete, and his skills on the court were impressive.

The second quarter was when things really started heating up. Niles sank three consecutive three-pointers, and the crowd went wild. I couldn't help but yell his name along with everyone else. "NI-LES! NI-LES!"

Arionna was cheering just as loudly for Nelson, who was playing tough defense against their opponent's star player. Noah was out there too, making some impressive moves on the court.

After the game, we headed out to grab some dinner at a nearby restaurant. The Neumann family was already there, sitting at a big table in the back. Niles came over to join us, beaming with pride after their win.

"My Dad already ordered us some food," he said, taking a seat beside me. "My Mom is getting us some drinks."

As we waited for our food to arrive, Nelson started cracking jokes left and right. He was always good for a laugh, and we all had a great time teasing him about his ridiculous impressions.

Noah couldn't help but tease him about his crush on Arionna, though. "Dude, you've been staring at her all game," he joked. "You're going to make it rain hearts or something."

Nelson just rolled his eyes good-naturedly. "Shut up, bro."

I leaned over to Niles and whispered in his ear. "You did an amazing job out there today, Baby."

He smiled, his eyes sparkling with pride. "Thanks, Y/n. I'm glad you came."

As we dug into our food and continued chatting, I couldn't help but feel grateful for this moment surrounded by friends and family, enjoying a great game and some quality time together.

And as we left the restaurant and headed back to the car, I knew that this was just one of many amazing memories we would make together as a family.

I hope yall enjoy
