It was time to go home, and since I sent Roldan back to the inn, I had to be Roy's ride back there. "It's so nice to meet you all," he said to my friends.

"Likewise," Roy said.

"Why don't you come again tomorrow?" Linus suggested. "If you're not busy."

"Sure, it would be nice to hang out here and make a blog about this place."

"Yeah, that would be awesome, right, Peps?"

"Yeah, it is," I said with a crooked smile.

Since it was all out in the open anyway, I didn't mind anymore. Actually, I was in the process of feeling that way because it was the start of my friends pestering me about the look-alike.

Boy, was I right.

Don't you just hate when that happens?

It was not my fault that he and Topher had the same face. It was not my fault that Roy and I met. It was definitely not my plan to be friends with him.

I remember noticing everyone's faces while they had a small chat before going home. I wasn't sure if they were acting it really well or if it registered in their mind that they did not see him as Topher when talking to him.

"Anyway, I'm getting tired. I just wanna lie down at home. I'm gonna go now," Mav said, then yawned right after. "Bye, guys,"

"Yeah, me too," Emmy added. "It's gonna be a long day tomorrow."

"I guess we should go too before another dinner rush starts in the inn," Roy said to me.

"I guess you're right," I replied.

"By the way, great creamy salmon, Emmy."

Emmy looked flattered. "Aww... thank you."

"Well, tomorrow it's my turn to cook," Linus said. "Hope you like pasta bolognese."

"Cool," Roy replied. "I'll look forward to it."

"Let's go? I'm kinda hungry," I told him.

"Alright, bye, guys," Linus said to us as he walked to his car.

I got on my scooter, and then Roy got on behind me, then began driving away. That time, I was expecting what they were thinking about me.

Once we got back to the inn, we went straight to the dining area. Roy and I sat together to just chill for a bit. My head was filled with thoughts of what my friends thought about Roy.

I felt kinda paranoid. Okay, very paranoid.

They were going to bug me about to death. Okay, maybe I was being too paranoid about the idea.

"Hey," Roy called out to get my attention.

I got back to reality. "Sorry, what?"

"You okay?"

"Yeah, why?"

"Uhm... you've been staring at the distance for two minutes," he said.

I was stunned to hear that. "Oh! I was?"

"Is everything okay?"

"Yeah... I was just... thinking, that's all."

"Anything I can help with?" he asked. Hearing made me realize how close we were as friends.

I shook my head. "No, but thanks."

"What is it, by the way? If.. you don't mind me asking."

"Some... client asking for a rush photoshoot next week, but we're all completely booked. I feel bad, but it's not like I can do it all, you know."
