"Hey Anushka, how are you doing" it was Ravi Chopra's call.
"Hi..Ravi. I'm great, how are you doing?" She asked being excited.
"Good..good. It's refreshing to hear you happier than the last time" he pointed out.
"Yeah, I'm in a much better space right now" she reasoned.
"Ok..So, I have another deal for you. It's a little different. It's a shame I couldn't get you for the last one but I think you'll surely suit for this " he explained.
"Oh..is it?" She asked.
"Before I explain further, I would like to know you are in a position to take up a project right now.. from a personal point of view" he wanted to know.
" Yes, I'm absolutely ready" she responded instantly.
"Great . Now from a professional point of view are you ready to do a foreign project " he asked being hopeful.
"Foreign project..as in foreign location, right?" She asked in doubt.
"Umm...nope. Not just the foreign location. The casts , crew , audience as well" he explained.
"What! Is it an English movie?" She exclaimed
"Yes, but we are doing it collectively. As in, it will be shot in both India and some European locations. So we need an Indian cast as well. Both male and female. I felt like you would be the perfect cast for this. It's a bit of an action oriented one. So especially with your height and stature, you can match the Brits I feel " he put forward his thoughts.
"Oh.. that's quite different from what I thought. And.. I've never did action movies before. What about the script?" She asked.
"If you are fine with these conditions, I'll forward you the script" he told her.
"Ya but..I need to read the script right?" She cleared.
"Ofcourse, the final call will be yours after reading the script. But are you fine with conditions I said right now?" He asked again.
"I mean I will be fine with this. But then again, it will depend on the script. I have never did action movies before, so I want to also know to what extent I will be involved in it" she explained.
" Alright, I'll forward it to you. Ping me once you have taken a decision " he requested.
"Sure Ravi, bye" she hung up.
It's been a long time since she has stayed home. She wanted to go and restart her career. But this looked like a new challenge and she was pretty excited for it.
She decided to go and inform Virat about this. She went up to the gym. She saw him sweating it out on the machines.
His body was glimmering like gold due to the sweat. She was gaping at him like an idiot. His little strands of hair falling to his forehead and the veins popping on his neck as he strained, made her fall in love again.
As Virat was doing his sets, he turned and saw Anushka standing there like a statue. He furrowed his eyebrows and looked at her. He fake - coughed to gain her attention.She suddenly blinked and got back to reality.
"What are you doing here" he asked in a doubtful tone.
"What do you mean, it's gym. I can come anytime" she tried to cover up her actions.
