The next day, Tay came to New's house very early. New's mom opened the gate and asked, "Tay, is something wrong? Why are you here so early today?"

Tay replied, "No, Auntie is nothing wrong, I just have something to say to New."

New's mom nodded and said, "He's in his room."

Tay headed to New's room and walked in just as New was preparing his clothes to get ready for the day. New looked up and said, "What are you doing here so early in the morning?"

Tay smiled and said, "Good morning."

New, with a puzzled look, said, "You came here to say good morning?"

Tay replied, "No, I just missed you."

New made a face and said, "You saw me in the middle of the night, and now you say you miss me? Did you even sleep?"

Tay said, "No, how could I sleep when I knew you liked me? I was so happy that I couldn't sleep."

New shook his head and said, "Go outside."

Tay protested, "You didn't tell me good morning."

New sighed, "Okay, Tay, good morning. Now just go."

Nanon came out of the bathroom and saw Tay. "Uncle, you came so early today."

Tay went to him and said, "Because Uncle missed you so much."

Nanon asked, "Really? Then why didn't you stay the night?"

New just stood there, rolling his eyes, and said, "You came here; make him ready while I go take a shower." With that, he went to the bathroom.

Tay said, "Let me get you ready today." Nanon nodded.

After getting Nanon ready, Tay said, "Nanon, go to the living room with your bag. I have something to talk to your papa about." Nanon nodded and went away.

After showering and getting dressed, New came out of the bathroom and saw Tay still there. He asked, "Where did he go?"

Tay replied, "I got him ready, and he's in the living room."

New said, "What are you doing here then? Go."

Tay walked over and hugged New. New protested, "Tay, what are you doing? Let me go."

Tay said, "No, just stay like this for a moment."

New said, "Tay, Nanon will come. Let go of me."

Tay insisted, "New, you already like me. I love you, so why don't we make it official?"

New asked, "What official?"

Tay said, "Like boyfriends. Actually, I'd like to marry you today if you say yes."

New exclaimed, "Are you crazy? I didn't even say yes to you, and you're talking about marriage."

Tay said, "I've waited so long, New. I don't want to wait any longer now that I know you like me too."

New said, "Tay, slow down, okay?"

Tay nodded, "Okay, I won't talk about marriage, but I am asking you, New, can you be my boyfriend?"

New, feeling overwhelmed, hugged Tay back, put his head on Tay's shoulder, and nodded.

Tay said, "New, say it. I want to hear you."

New shyly said, "Yes."

Tay smiled and kissed New's cheek and then his forehead. New rested his head on Tay's shoulder again.

Tay asked, "Are you shy?"

New, still feeling shy, said, "No, I am not."

Tay nodded and hugged him even tighter.
