Azul clears his throat. "Well, we've eaten our fill and procured souvenirs. Let's stroll over to the festival grounds, shall we?"
Epel nods. "Okay!"
They walk through the streets but are having difficulty with all of the vendors selling their products in the street.
"Oh man, that's a lot of stalls." Epel notices.
"I see fruit, vegetables, bread, fish, processed meats, cheeses." Azul observes. "They even have antique shops as well. I suppose there are no restrictions on what shops can sell here. One could do brisk business if they planned well and avoided competition. There are no shortage of customers, either. Yes, what a fine place for trade."
Epel chuckles. "You always see things as a seller rather than a buyer, huh..."
Azul nods. "Of course. I have to keep a sharp eye out at all times, or I could miss a golden opportunity."
"Oh, hey." Grim hops onto Deuce's shoulder, startling the boy. "If it ain't Deuce's group."
"Hello, Group A." Trein says. "Are you enjoying yourselves?"
"Why, hello, Professor Trein." Azul turns to you with a smile. "And greetings to you as well, Y/N. Yes, we're having a most enlightening time. I do so enjoy fieldwork!"
"Oh, Y/N." Epel turns to you. "Rollo was looking for you earlier."
"Oh, did he need something?" You tilt your head.
Epel shrugs. "Don't know. He didn't say."
"Huh, guess I'll have to ask the next time I see him. Did you guys find anything interesting?" You ask.
Azul chuckles. "Oh, yes. We found the perfect study aids for Deuce and Epel."
"What are you..." Deuce's eyes widen. "Wait, you're not talking about the building blocks, are you? Don't believe him, Y/N! That's just Azul's idea of a joke."
You let out a laugh. "Okay, I believe you."
Deuce sighs. "We also found some good food."
"Oh, yes." Azul nods. "We've sampled many local breads and sweets. It was all positively sublime."
"Azul's an amazing food critic." Epel grins. "He really gets into all the details. You should hear him sometime, Y/N."
You look to Azul with a smile. "If you don't mind, Azul."
Azul smiles. "Anything for you."
Grim slouches on Deuce's shoulders. "Mrah, now I'm all jelly. I wanted to eat good food too."
"You ate plenty in the way over here." Trein sighs. He looks to the boys. "Were you about to walk around this street? We could join you, if you'd like."
Azul nods. "I'd be delighted to have your invaluable guidance, Professor Trein. By all means, do."
As you walk along the street, something sparkly catches Epel's eyes. "Oh hey, that stall there sells accessories."
Azul picks something up. "What's this?"
"Looks like a necklace." Deuce says.
"The pendant's a wooden frame with some kind of setting inside." Epel tilts his head. "What an odd design."
You glance over Azul's shoulder and he holds it out for you to get a better look. The necklace looks like a dream catcher with a blue string shaped like an eye in the middle. Red beads are dotted throughout.
