Formidable Pair

You have your knees tucked to your chest, your arms holding your legs. You wonder how you're going to get out of this or what's going to happen to you if you don't. You tuck your head in your arms, closing your eyes.

Two figures appear above the clouds. They steadily grow closer to Gantu's ship. You look up and you see Lilia and Floyd on their surfboards. The boards have some kind of rockets attached to them so they can soar above the clouds. Stitch stands in front of Floyd on his board, waving to you. You smile softly and wave back.

Stitch looks a little bit different, like the bug Grim described... You chuckle to yourself. Guess he was right.

Lilia sends a blast of magic at the ship. The shields deflect the magic but it knocks the ship sideways.

Gantu straightens the ship, glancing around. "I'm taking fire? Where's it coming from? Wait..."

Stitch cackles. Once he's close enough, he leaps from the surfboard and lands on the capsule. Stitch scratches at the container and tries to break it.

"I'd know that despicable voice anywhere." Gantu growls. "How has 626 caught up to me? The last I checked, his ship was in no condition to give aerial chase! Are those other life-forms helping somehow? Or..." Gantu spots something outside by his ship. "What are THOSE?"

Floyd laughs. "You'd really think we'd just let you take little Shrimpy away? Well think again, shark!"

Lilia flies on the other side of the ship. "That was very poor judgment on your part, Gantu. We wouldn't let you get away so easily."

Gantu narrows his eyes. He pushes the thrusters down and the ship rockets past the two boys. The sudden burst of speed knocks Stitch off and he falls to the ocean below.

"Stitch!" You press against the glass.

Stitch tumbles as he falls, rolling in circles. Lilia catches Stitch with his arms wrapped around his waist, Stitch still being upside down. Lilia sets Stitch down to his feet and they chase after the ship.

Floyd and Lilia soar behind Gantu's ship, dodging out of the way as the ship fires at the two. The boys fire spells at the ship but the shield deflects them all. Stitch growls and leaps back onto the ship. He lands on the wing and starts tearing apart at the metal.

"Hey!" Gantu shouts. "Get off my ship!"

Stitch cuts at some wires and sparks burst from the wing and the shield goes down. The boys grin and blast the ship with spells. With Gantu focused on returning fire, Stitch crawls along the ship and makes it back to the capsule. He claws at it a couple more times than bashes his head against the container, sending shards flying behind him.

Stitch reaches a hand down and you stand up, taking his hand. Stitch lifts you out of the capsule when the ship violently rocks to the side. A strong blast from the boys caused the ship's engines to fail. You and Stitch get thrown overboard and you fall.

Above you, you see Gantu's ship explode and debris raining down. With Stitch being much denser than you, he falls a lot faster to the ocean below. You flail your arms and feel the air rush past you. The ocean gets closer and closer and you close your eyes, bracing for impact.

You're suddenly caught by a pair of strong arms and they hold you close as they soar above the water. You look up and smile when you see Floyd.

"You came back for me."

Floyd grins. "No one gets left behind."

Lilia brings his board next to Floyd's. "Nicely done, Floyd. You caught Y/N and took down Gantu's ship with that strong blast of magic"
