Red returning with what appeared to be a leaf full of fish and a triumphant smile on his face.

Relief flooded Luna as she saw Red safe and sound, her worry dissipating. She couldn't help but smile back at him, grateful for his resourcefulness in finding food. As Red came closer to where Luna was standing, she leaped at him, wrapping her arms around his neck and embracing him in a hug. Red chuckled at Luna's sudden display of affection, grateful for her as she held onto Red, knowing that together they could face whatever obstacles came their way.

"While you were asleep, I went out and got you your favorite", as he gestured to a leaf containing several fish.

She gave him a big smile and moved over to eat them, so he brought her some water to drink. As she ate, Red watched Luna with a contented smile, grateful for the simple moments of joy they shared together. Luna's eyes sparkled with gratitude as she savored the meal, feeling loved and cared for in the moment.

As Luna finished eating, Red leaned in and whispered, "Ill always take care of you, no matter what."

Luna's heart swelled with warmth at his words, knowing she had found a true companion in Red.

"I know who you are now," he replied,

grinning and brushing her hair out of her face.

"you are the one everyone has been telling me about since I was a kid.

As a young Fox, I was taught about a stunning female I would meet."

"Now I understand why I had the emotions I did when we first met, it was fate bringing us together, and I will always be by your side."

"You are my mate."

Luna gasped and quickly turned away, appearing scared, but she was just extremely anxious.

He smiled and whispered, Let's go find your family now."

She looked up slowly smiling back, feeling overwhelmed with love and relief.

Red stood up and headed for the cave entrance with his head hung low. Luna grabbed a hold of Red's hand, pulling him to turn and look at her, staring up at him though teary eyes. Red put his hand on her cheek and leaned in to kiss her lips tenderly, reassuring her of his love and commitment.Luna felt a sense of peace wash over her as she realized she was not alone in this new journey. Luna leaned in to return the kiss, feeling a deep connection with Red that she knew would help them face whatever challenges lay ahead together. As they stood there, wrapped in each other's embrace, Luna knew that their love would be their strength in the days to come.

" Red... I am sorry about what I did in the cave when you said what you said I just," Luna murmured, drawing back.

" There's no need to be sorry, love; I understand why you did what you did," Red cut her off with a smile.
