Later in the day, Luna stayed in the room by herself, biding her time till Red returned. Red had something stirring in his head. He wanted to make Luna his forever. He wanted to ask her to marry him but he wanted it to be perfect. He wanted this moment to be special for the both of them but mainly for Luna. After Red had returned he knocked on the door. Luna turned from her mirror and laid her brush down on the wooden desk and smiled in excitement when she saw Red standing in the doorway. She rushed to give him a hug.

He says, "Come her," and throws his arms around her.

"I want to take you somewhere special. I have something to ask you but first come with me..."

Taking Luna's hands in his, Red led her out of the room and down the hallway towards the stairs. Red led Luna to the back entrance of the inn when they had both reached the bottom of the staircase. Lucy had been enjoying the lovely weather while relaxing in her wooden rocking chair on the back porch. Luna and Red hurried out the rear door.

"WE WILL BE BACK MOTHER, LOVE YOU," Red yelled out to Lucy.

She gave a small jump, waved them off, and then let out a small laugh.

When they came to a small dirt path, Red and Luna slowed down their run down the hill. Luna saw the beauty of the walk, which had many trees bordering the right side and wild flowers, a tiny creek flowing slowly, and butterflies fluttering over the flowers on the left. And with that, they both stop.
