KAMILA WOKE UP with a start as pain shot through her arm. She held her wrist close to her chest as she doubled over in pain. Whatever the injury was, in was under her gloved hand. Which meant she was in costume, and safe to say her injury was repetitively new for that to be the case. She didn't remember having the injury last night-

Last night? Kamila furrowed her eyebrows in confusion as she lifted her head, looking around the barren wasteland of sand dunes and jagged rocks. Last night she had been at Selina's house... in Central City. Despite Kamila not being the best when it come to geography, she knew there was no way she was anywhere near central right now...

Kamila raised her left hand out of habit to push back her sand filled hair, and to wince in pain from the movement. She had some sort of cut or something that the glove was sticking too, pulling at her undressed wound that laid hidden undated black glove.

Balck glove? Kamila was getting tired of all the new questions she had for herself. When was she going to get some answers?

Deciding to ignore the oddly coloured glove and her missing jacket- where did..? - Kamila carefully pulled off the glove and hissed out a wince as the stickiness of the healing wound stuck to the glove, a sign Kamila wish she could remember being an indicator of infection or not.

It's wasn't unusual for Kamila to be out on patrol with injuries, albeit minor, but she'd at least have them be treated too and looked at first... she put her glove down on her propped up leg and took her right glove off with her teeth. Holding the glove in her mouth, she gently poked at the burn, and the slightly gooey feeling immediately made Kamila want to wash her hands.

The lost hero pulled her glove out of her mouth and started down at the injury. It wasn't like her to just... forget something while on a... mission(???) like this. It was also unlike her to hide an injury like this. Why hadn't she...?

"Focus, Astra," she muttered to herself, shaking she head. She needed to remember what happened, how she got here, where she was.

A while ago - years now - Kamila remembered Caitlin going on about a few popular medical studies indicated the nerves that caused pain could be linked to memories... it worked for Barry when a villain of the week around that time whipped his memory of the fight.

Kamila sucked in a deep breath and against her better judgment dug her nails into the burn.

"where's Heatwave now-" "think you'll have time for the party-" She gasped out in pain as the over heated metal made contact with her wrist she had used to block the attack, missing the bo staff she intended to take its place- She winced as Gemma's hair briefly touched the area where Heatwave had hit her with the heat gun- "hey Jay, Joan. Sorry I'm late-" "when did you two become an item?-" " you mission is in Bialya-" "radio scilence-"

Nothing was clear to her, but flashes of memories filled her mind as her eyes watered. She gasped and quickly pulled her hand away from the burn and panted as tears of pain started to build up in her eyes.

She'd gotten the burn while fighting Heatwave, which... made perfect sense, he wasn't in police custody as of right now - having made an escape with Leonard Snart (or Captain Cold) - and the two had been off the radar since. But the first thing that didn't make sense about that first vision he was fighting against her alone. No Barry. No Wally. No Cisco... at least, not physically. He was on the comms. Sure, Kamila knew that logically she could hold her own in a fight and even beat the majority of their villains alone, but even then Barry and Wally would still be there, each in their respective costumes.
