Third Person's Point Of View
In the following scene, they set out for the research facility. The journey was perilous, with the constant threat of zombie attacks and the need to stay hidden from any hostile survivors.
They moved cautiously, using the cover of buildings and the natural terrain to avoid detection.
As they approached the facility, they noticed signs of recent activity.
However, there were no armed guards patrolling the perimeter, only a group of zombies wandering aimlessly around the entrance. The sight sent a chill down their spines.
Colet turned to the group. "We need a plan to get inside. We can't just walk up to the front gate with those things out there."
Aiah, who had been quietly observing the situation, took a deep breath and spoke. "We need to move quietly and avoid drawing their attention. If we can find a way to lure them away from the entrance, we might be able to slip inside unnoticed."
The group nodded in agreement, knowing that Aiah's plan was both risky and crucial. They needed to access the facility to gather any information that could lead to a cure.
Aiah prepared for her role in the plan. "I'll create a distraction," Aiah said firmly. "When I give the signal, move quickly and quietly towards the entrance."
"Samahan na kita," Maloi offered, Aiah nodded in agreement.
The two of them sprinted towards a nearby building, moving with practiced stealth.
As they approached, Aiah began banging on a metal drum, creating a cacophony of noise.
The sound echoed through the empty streets, drawing the zombies' attention away from the entrance.
The zombies turned towards the noise, shuffling in the direction of the sound in a disorganized mass.
The distraction worked perfectly, allowing Colet and the rest of the group to move swiftly towards the entrance.
"Now! Move quickly and stay quiet!" Colet commanded, her voice urgent yet controlled.
The team dashed towards the entrance, slipping inside the facility just as the zombies were fully engaged with the distraction.
Once inside, they treaded carefully, acutely aware that any misstep could alert the remaining zombies or trigger hidden security systems.
The facility was a labyrinth of corridors and rooms, filled with abandoned scientific equipment and scattered research materials. They navigated through the maze, searching for any clues about the elusive cure.
In their Dora exploration, they discovered a lab with a computer terminal. Colet wasted no time in accessing the system, her fingers flying over the keyboard.
"There's a file here on the virus," she announced. "It looks like they were close to developing a cure."
Mikha's heart raced with a mix of hope and anxiety. "Can you find out where it is?"
Colet nodded, her focus unwavering. "It's stored in a secure lab on the lower level. We need to get there."
With renewed determination, the group made their way to the lower level, moving with careful precision. The tension in the air was palpable, each step bringing them closer to their goal.
When they reached the secure lab, they were met with a heavy metal door, sealed tightly.
Colet turned to the group, her expression resolute. "We need to find a way to open this door. There has to be a security override somewhere."
