After the meal, the atmosphere was not awkward. The conversation was quite normal, but it was far from "having a good time".

Li Li secretly helped Qiuzi find topics several times, but it didn't work. Wei Qiuzi knew it well, and she politely asked to leave after finishing the dessert.

When the bill came, it was not Lu Linjia who paid, but the waiter took Han Ting's credit card.

When the credit card and bill were sent back, Wei Qiuzi suddenly asked: "Can you issue an invoice?" He looked at Lu Linjia again, "Do you need an invoice?"

Lu Linjia shook his head and looked at Han Ting for advice. Han Ting smiled faintly: "No."

"Thank you." Wei Qiuzi took out a napkin, wrote two lines and handed it to the waiter, "Thank you for your trouble."

Ji Xing was inexplicably embarrassed. Did Qiuzi feel that there was no hope and was completely broken? He actually asked for an invoice in such an occasion.

While waiting for the invoice, Han Ting's phone vibrated. Zeng Di sent a picture of Han Ting's car in the hotel's underground garage, with a message attached: "Are you there?"

Han Ting did not reply.

After the waiter brought the invoice back, several people stood up and left.

Han Ting saw Zeng Di in a red dress, sitting by the window and smiling at him.

The girls had turned and walked away for a distance, not noticing.

Han Ting walked them to the elevator entrance, saying that he met a friend and would not walk them off.

Wei Qiuzi smiled and said, "It's okay. Thank you for your hospitality today."

"You're welcome." He smiled lightly and said to Lu Linjia, "Send them back for me."

Lu Linjia agreed.

Ji Xing stood in the elevator and looked at Han Ting. His eyes swept past her, and when his eyes met hers, he nodded as a farewell. The elevator door closed.

After going downstairs, Ji Xing said that she had to go back to the company to work overtime and could walk there. Li Li said that she wanted to sit with Ji Xing to give Wei Qiuzi a chance. But Wei Qiuzi also wanted to go with them.

Lu Linjia did not try to stop him and left alone.

They all said goodbye politely, but no one left contact information.

After they left, Li Li looked at Wei Qiuzi and felt very disappointed: "What are you doing? You won't let anyone give you a chance?"

Wei Qiuzi tried to smile: "Forget it, I can feel that he doesn't like me."

"What can be determined by one meeting? If you think he is good, go after him, at least create opportunities."

"Forget it, he is handsome and young, who knows if he will complain about me being ugly and old."

Ji Xing saw that Qiuzi was already a little embarrassed, so she winked at Li Li and told her to shut up.

But Li Li was outspoken and couldn't help but say: "It's meaningless to say such things. If you want to have a boyfriend, don't be timid. I didn't finish my work and came to cheer you up."

"Well, it's not a loss." Wei Qiuzi said, throwing a pile of things into Li Li's hands, and then said to Ji Xing, "If you don't need it, I won't give it to you." Then she wrapped her scarf and left.

Li Li looked down and saw more than a dozen invoices with a face value of one thousand.

Ji Xing is a technical position, so she doesn't have any social activities and doesn't need invoices. But Li Li is different. She is in marketing. In order to maintain customer relationships, she not only has to treat people to meals, but also has to give gifts. There is no reasonable reimbursement channel for gifts, and the accumulated money has to be paid out of pocket. The middle and end of the year are the times when invoices are most needed.
