CHAPTER 6

Kendra's POV

"May I come in?" I asked him with an uninterested tone.

"Yes," he said. I walked inside and stood in front of him with an angry face. He looked at me with his eyebrows raised.

"Here, look," I said and placed my phone on the table in front of him. He frowned and looked at me.

"What is it?" he asked. I looked at him with my cold yet angry eyes and played the video. He took my phone from the table and watched it.

I folded my arms against my chest and looked at him. I could see that he was gripping the phone out of anger. I scoffed and stood there.

"Uh, I will take necessary actions for this. You may leave," he said while giving my phone back. I looked at him disbelievingly and said in a stern voice after snatching my phone back,

"I'm not going anywhere unless you ask that employee and find who was behind it."

He sighed and said while rubbing his temples, "No one has talked to me like this here before."

I scoffed and said, "For what do I need to shut my mouth in front of you?"

He smirked and said while getting up from his chair, "Because I am your boss."

I chuckled darkly and said, "I don't care if you are my boss. First of all, I have never considered you as my boss."

"Then what do you consider me as?" he asked me with his husky voice while walking towards me. I stood there with my arms crossed and said, "Just as my business partner."

He chuckled and came so close to me. I stood there without moving an inch and looked straight into his eyes. He has a wife and still, he is flirting with me and coming so close to me. This is the main reason why I hate him the most.

"You are not loyal at all, Mr. Collin," he frowned and looked at me when I said this. I closed my eyes and said while walking towards the sofa, "Just leave it. Now call that employee and ask her who told her to do that."

He chuckled and said, "What if I don't do that?" I looked at him and said, "Then I won't move an inch from here."

"Then I will call security," he said and was about to call, but before that, I said with a smirk, "Do you think after that your father will leave you alone? I would definitely complain to Mr. Peter." 

He looked at me in disbelief. I smirked and sat there with my legs crossed. He glared at me and called that employee there.

After 10 minutes,

"Sir, did you call me?" That employee asked him so innocently. I gripped the sofa in anger.

Without wasting time he showed her the CCTV footage. After seeing the video, her eyes widened in surprise. I smirked.

"Who asked you to do this? If you lie, then you are fired, Lia," he said in his stern voice. Lia gulped in fear and said, "It... It is Ms. Olivia, Sir."

That's it. This is what I needed. After hearing Olivia's name, I looked at Zayn whose face was surprised to hear that.

"Levi, tell Olivia to come here as soon as possible," he said angrily. Levi called her.

"Sir," Olivia called him. Zayn looked at her with his scary eyes and asked her, "Did you tell her to do this, Ms. Olivia?"

He asked her while showing the video. Olivia gulped in fear and said while stuttering, "No... No sir. I didn't tell her to do it. Did I ever do such things in these years, Sir?"

She asked him so innocently. Zayn nodded and asked Lia, "Did you lie to me?"
