CHAPTER 4

Ada's POV

After I came out of the washroom, I went straight to Alona and Luna to tell them about Ethan. When I mentioned Ethan, their eyes widened in surprise.

"Where is he now?" Alona asked, panicking.

"In the washroom," I replied. Alona nodded and headed towards the washroom area, followed by Luna and me.

Kendra's POV

"Please talk to me, baby," he said, trying to touch me.

"Leave my hand first, babe," I said seductively. He frowned and looked at me. I smiled, causing him to smile back and step closer to me while loosening his grip on me. When he completely loosened his grip, I kicked him in his private part. He groaned in pain. I chuckled darkly and said, gripping his jaw hard,

"Don't you dare touch me and call me by such names, idiot."

He glared at me while tightly holding his private area. I chuckled again and walked out. As soon as I exited the washroom, I saw Ada, Alona, and Luna coming toward me.

"You okay?" Luna asked, running towards me when she saw me. I nodded with a blank face.

"Where is he?" Alona asked. I pointed towards the washroom area. They looked at me confused and walked towards the washroom.

"Good job," Ada said, walking back from the washroom. I nodded, still expressionless.

"I'm sorry I didn't know he was here, Ken," Luna said, noticing my expression. I shook my head and said, "It's okay. Anyway, come on, I need to drink as much as I want today. Tomorrow I have to see that jerk's face." They all chuckled and nodded.

The next morning,

"You ready?" My mom asked, walking towards me. I nodded.

"You okay?" My dad asked. I looked at him and said,

"I'm sorry for my behavior yesterday, Dad." He smiled and said, side-hugging me,

"I know my princess very well." I smiled softly and said, "It's time. Bye." They smiled at me and kissed me.

At Collin Global,

"You can go," I said while stepping out of my car.

"But ma'am, I will drop you inside the office," Davis said. I shook my head and said,

"It's okay." He nodded and drove off. I took a deep breath and walked inside the office. Everyone was rushing inside. When I walked in, one of his employees who knew me approached and greeted me.

"Ma'am, I will show you the way to the boss's cabin." I smiled a little and said, "It's okay, I will wait in the waiting area until your boss comes." He smiled and nodded. After 15 minutes, I saw him walking in. I rolled my eyes and then went to his cabin after he left.

In front of his cabin door, "Ma'am, you may go inside. I can't accompany you. It's Sir's order." I smiled at him and said, "It's okay, and thank you." He smiled and left. I took a deep breath and went inside.

"May I come in?"

"Yes," he said in a cold voice without taking his eyes off his files. I rolled my eyes again, went inside, and stood in front of him.

He was so handsome in his grey shirt and black pants, sitting there with his usual cold face. But his look and behavior didn't match at all. But still he is such a jerk....

My thoughts get interrupted when he looks at me, and a smirk appeared on his face.

"So, welcome to my Globals, Ms. Kendra Walker," he said, walking towards me with both hands in his pant pockets.
