Her right hand a lit fag takes him on first nicotine ride,
Addiction can form from inside the womb to your penultimate day,
There's no need to give someone a push on their way,
Teenage friends hotboxing each other in the car,
Peer pressure prevents the windows rolling down too far,
So they breathe in deeply the inciting force behind dependence,
All seemingly innocent by way of high school spare happenstance,
Weddings, funerals, baby showers or engagement party,
Cigarettes go well with any drink like Bacardi,
One habit always begets another if not vigilant,
Matters not if it's a depressant or a stimulant,
But I myself draw the line at others making decisions for me,
Exhaling poison in my presence is my cue that you abhor thee,
So please take no offence when I vacate the vicinity,
I prefer my lungs pink in the state of virginity.
