OWEN

i groaned and stretched my body as i tried to reach out for ivy but she wasn't there ,making me immediately bolt upright.

i looked frantically around the room till my eyes landed on a piece of paper on top of the pillow ivy was supposed to be sleeping on.

i picked it up and what i read made a smile instantly appear on my face as i checked my bedside table for my clock.

heyy, you're probably seeing this the next day in the morning but i went home because i didn't think your mum or dad would appreciate seeing me being in a bed with their son so i decided to leave. i have a hair appointment tomorrow at 13:00pm and was wondering if you wanted to come. if you do text me but if you aren't awake by then it's fine!! i had an amazing night with you.

the clock read 12:00pm making me jump out of bed and run to the bathroom realising i've only got one hour to get ready AND drive to her house.

once i was done with my shower i put on my outfit for the day.

i ran down the stairs to find my parents and brother back. i didn't have time to talk or for breakfast so i rushed out a quick 'ivy bye soon' before bolting out the door and towards the garage.

i was going to drive my McLaren but then saw it was missing. ivy probably used it as i told her she shouldn't ever ever walk home alone at night and if she needs me ill drop everything to get her.

glad she listened or i would've had to punish her.

i decided on driving my bmw today and hopped in and sped out of the drive way towards ivy's house.

IVY

i woke up to chatter downstairs making me instantly frown. i hate when we have visitors but my mum always makes me talk to them.

i groaned and got up to freshen myself up knowing that if i didn't come down soon my mum would come and drag me down.

i put on a random outfit after i finished everything since i don't care how i look whilst braiding my hair and walked downstairs.

once i reached the bottom of the stairs the sight i saw shocked me.

Owen my mum, dad and siblings were all around the dining table eating talking and .... laughing.

it even seemed like Owen was saying most of the jokes, and it wasn't like a 'laughing at you thing' but actually a laughing with you thing making my heart warm.

my mum was the first to spot me and she shot me a wide smile while gesturing for me to come down.

"ahhh look who finally decided to come down" Wayne bellowed making me flip him off which made my mum smack the back of my head.

i scowled as i walked over to my seat next to Owen whilst him and iris laughed at me.

i shot Owen a look making him quickly sober up.conversation soon started up again.

when we were done it was already 12:45pm making me realise i would be late if i don't leave right now.

i tugged at owen's grey crew neck to let him know he needs to finish his conversation with my brother which he swiftly did and took my hand whilst saying goodbye to everyone before walking me to the car and opening my side of the car door.

i thanked him and got in as he sped off and we got into conversation.

i feel like i could tell him anything on my mind even if it was stupid.

he never ever made me feel less than and listened to everything i said intently.
