IVY

we've been at this match for about 3 hours now and i was lowkey starting to get bored.

like i liked seeing Owen score and play and I'm always, always gonna support him but it was starting to boring since it was a tie and no one was letting the other team score.

suddenly i heard people shouting and standing up, the people at the front leaning over the railing, i looked around and saw everyone at the edge of their seats looking at the field, i turned in the direction i saw some girl staring at and saw Owen sprinting with the ball.

and when i say sprinting i mean like he was fucking going, he didn't let anyone get in his way and swerved the opposing team players trying to tackle him.

suddenly he reached the opponents end zone and everyone started celebrating and jumping, the bleachers we where sat on where shaking like crazy and everyone was hugging everyone.

i turned to look at nova who was staring at me wide eyed, shocked.

"oh my God" i breathed out making her nod in agreement.

"oh my God indeed ivy" she said clearly as shocked as i was.

suddenly i felt myself being turned around and heard Maia shouting at me to 'look'

i looked onto the field and saw Owen sprinting toward the bleachers, a massive shit eating from on his face, i couldn't help the smile that came onto my face too.

"go ivy" Maia urged me excitedly making me look at nova for confirmation as she nodded excitedly.

i walked towards the railing of the bleachers and waited for him, leaning over it a bit.

once he was a bit closer he threw his helmet on the floor and the. hoisted himself up and rested his arms on the railing.

he looked at me breathlessly and was breathing heavy.

"you truly are a beauty" he rasped and then suddenly attached his lips onto mine in front of everyone, i heard cheers and applause but i was too focused on the kiss.

it was a sweet, short and passionate kiss.

once he pulled back he pecked my lips one more time before leaning forward and whispering on my ear.

"meet me infront of the locker room" and before giving me a chance to respond he jumped down, his teammates where waiting for him and they picked him up and carried him on their shoulders all while cheering, the people on the sidelines throwing champagne on them.

he looked back and winked at me, making a lot of girls around me squeal.

i rolled my eyes at his antics as he chuckled loudly before facing the front as his teammates carried him to the locker rooms.

the opposing team supporters where sulkily clearing the bleachers making me smile.

"no fucking way" someone suddenly shouted in my ear and slapped my shoulders with both hands.

i looked back and saw nova staring at me with a massive smile.

"what he just did yeah, you better give him some tonight" she shouted making me quickly shush her and laugh, throwing my head back.

"you're a joke nova" i said in between chuckles, she just smile cheekily and that's when o realised Maia wasn't here.

"where is she" i questioned and nova just looked at me with said eyes and sighed.

"she said she had to go" she said sadly, i felt so bad for her, her and Maia had been friends since year 6 so i can imagine how she felt now that she was acting weird.

"i'm sorry nova, i love you ill always be here for you" i smiled fondly at her making her eyes light up.

"same for you but enough with the sappy shit, i heard your convo with Owen! let's go meet him" she squealed excitedly before leading us to the locker rooms.

we waited in front of it and we heard loud chatter, suddenly the door burst open and everyone walked out.

some guy caught my eye and he smirked before calling out "Owen your girls here" he smiled politely at me before walking off as the rest of the team waved kindly at me and nova.

i suddenly saw ron and jacob and ran up to hug them.

"you guys did so good" i muttered and they smiled and patted my back twice before walking off with nova.

i finally, finally saw Owen and didn't waste time jumping onto him and wrapping my legs around him, i heard a click and looked up to see nova with a massive smile on her face.

'i'll send it to you' she mouthed before walking off.

"you did amazing Owen" i muttered into the crook of his neck and he chuckled and rubbed my back lovingly.

"i wanna take you somewhere tonight baby" i just smiled and nodded as he carried us to the parking lot.
