Thirteen

**** Derek's P.O.V****

I was sleeping on the couch tonight. I didn't mind, it's not like it was the most uncomfortable thing to sleep on. I let her sleep on the bed I kept the TV volume down so I wouldn't wake her. As I felt sleepy I turned the TV off and started reading the game of thrones series. After I got really tired I turned off the lights and fell asleep around twelve.

When I woke up it was around eight, I was surprised Emma was still sleeping. Emma seemed like such a innocent name for someone who was a witch. She seemed like a normal person.

I silently went in the bedroom, my dark blue painted walls made it less bright in the room. I sat on the bed next to her. My elbow resting on my knee, my chin resting on my hand, looking at her sleep. She looked comfortable. And adorable.

Wait? What? Maybe I was getting those morning feelings. 

Her right hand was under the pillow her head was on. her left hand falling off the bed just a little bit. She was wearing the same cloths as she was yesterday, so was I. I kissed her forehead as I left the room to change. when I did, I came back in the room. sitting exactly where I was. I stared at her. I didn't notice but her eyes opened. 

" What time is it?" She asked

" Eight. You slept like a rock." I joked.

" Damn. Sorry I slept in you're bed. I can't believe I just passed out like that." She made herself feel guilty.

" It's cool, you were probably thinking about the letter. But hey, we already decided what you're going to do when Smoke found out right? Anyways, want breakfast?" I asked. She shrugged.

" I don't need it."

" I don't care. Please!" I begged. I didn't have a real reason for wanting her to eat either. Maybe to make herself seem more human, but she was one. Just a different kind of human.

She sat up in the bed, rubbing her eyes and yawning. I smiled.

" I haven't slept that long in a long ass time." She said, laughing a little bit.

" Things change. But do you want breakfast? I like to consider myself a amazing chef when it comes to breakfast hour." I bragged. 

" So wouldn't that make you a good chef in general?" She asked.

" Never mind that," I said. " Dude, breakfast yes or no?" I laughed.

" No, still kinda full from yesterday."

" I thought you said you were never hungry?"

" Dumb ass, Hungry. I never want food."

" Right." I felt like a idiot for that. 

She laughed. She got out of bed and used her magic to change. All she did was rub her hands together, creating a small glow coming from her hands. And made her hand touch her body, creating whatever came in her mind. And before I knew it she was wearing black and white short sleeved shirt, and some jean shorts that were a little shorter then her knees.

That was all she did, next she did the same thing with her hands but ran her hand through her hair, brushing it. She told me you could even change the hair style, and color by doing the same thing. But she only did that to her hair to add more blond or brown according to her.

I made pancakes, that's it. She only ate two but I wasn't going to pressure her into eating more. Soon that day we were going for a walk, around eight I think it was. We were just walking and laughing together, talking about stupid stuff like movies and anime that we liked. I was surprised when she said she liked anime.

" Which ones you like?" I asked

" I think one of my favorites would be ' No game no life' I absolutely love the opening and the plot. Sora and Shiro trying to become the gods of that world. I could only dream of living there. I would totally live there given the chance, without one doubt." She got really into which I liked, she was saying what she felt.

" I agree, that was a good one. I didn't care about the ecchi that was in there. It was funny as hell." I agreeded. She smiled.

" Another would be DanMachi. I got into that one fast. I love bell, I personally want to met the voice actors. He picks out good anime to be. He doesn't pick crappy ones to be in."

" I also noticed he did Sora from ' No game no life' Which you also like." I tried to seem like I was some what into voice actors, I didn't even know the guys name just recognized the voice when I heard it.

" Now that I think about is he's in a lot I like. Noragami, Attack on Titan, DanMachi, Sword art online Akame ga kill, Sakurasou no pet na Kanojo.Some of those It wasn't the best choice, but it was okay." She confessed. I nodded.

She stopped in her tracks.

" Wha-"

" Sh." She put her finger over her mouth.

I shushed, She looked at the ground. Having a thinking look. She gasped.

She grabbed my hand suddenly and started running, me being dragged behind her. Before I knew it I heard a loud and big explosion behind us, leaving a gust of wind coming our way. I turned around to see someone coming down from the sky slowly, landing on the ground a man stood in the hole he formed.
