I saw myself tied in a chair. My heart was still slow, getting faster at the second. Knowing I was trapped and couldn't really move?

I saw Emma walk towards me, with her fingers twirling in circles. Soon making a small ball of fire. Looking at me with a smirk.

" Emma," I say. " This isn't needed."

" The Witches didn't manage to kill all the Dragon Tamers." She smiles. " But I have one right in front of me, helpless. I wonder-"

" Stop Emma."

" What I should do?" She grinned, now my heart was racing fast.

" Emma! That's enough! This-" I shook my head. " This is ridiculous. You don't have to do this. You know that. You were all against the Witches against the Dragon Tamers."

" Oh but I want to!" She smiled. Aiming her index finger at me. The ball of fire at the top. It got a bit bigger this time.

" Emma," I said. " Just stop."

" Well, why should I? I mean, you think I'm a monster after all." She tilted her head sideways. " Am I right?"

" No, your not." I said. The flames grew bigger, flaming up. " Emma that's enough?"

" Am I scaring you?" She bent her finger and then launched the ball of orange flames at me, at my knee. I screamed at the pain, my flesh burning. My pant leg ad a giant hole through it.

" Emma!" I cried. " Stop! That's enough of this!"

" Scared?" I sighed. Voice trembling.

" Yeah," I looked down. " I am." I was shaking so much, my heart rate was probably off the charts. How am I supposed to press the button when my hands are tied behind my back? How can I calm myself down?

" Emma, why are you doing this?"

" Well a Witch is supposed to kill the Dragon Tamers and be the most powerful. Only doing what my race believes." She moved her finger in a circular motion again. Probably getting another fire ball ready.

" Emma stop that's enough!"

" I don't care what you say. Now, I can make this instant and painless. Or long and painful, pick."

" I shouldn't have to."

" You don't get to pick how you die, Derek." The fireball finally appeared.

" Listen to me! You don't want to do this!" She smirked. Aiming and firing the fire ball at my shoulder. I held in my breath, struggling as I tried to breath out.

I was trying to calm myself down, the pain didn't help me at all. I tried to think of good memories I had.

Me and Aaron laughing at something stupid again, my dad and me spending time outside together. Him teaching me how to work stuff. Me and Aaron and Emma at the Eiffel Tower. Me and Emma at the dance.

That last one didn't seem to do much.

More images spun in my head of some happy moments I have had, my heart slowed down, and apparently enough for the entire place to crumble and fall apart, everything breaking like glass. Including Emma.
