In no time at all they were on Main Street, the small stand she connected to the back of her bicycle filled with cookies and scones. She let the Scobell's have the rest of the lemon bread, much to Walker's delight.

Sophia was more than happy to let Walker do all the talking when he offered. She was content with handling the money and saying the occasional 'you're welcome' to young children who walked away with cookies the size of their face.

It also amused her how often someone would walk up to ask for a selfie with Walker, and how he would happily oblige by showing a thumbs up or cheesy smile.

Someone snapped her out of her happy trance by slapping a dollar bill on the stand in front of her. Looking up, she was immediately disgusted to see the blonde girl from the teen paparazzi incident, Bridgette White.

"One scone."

Sophia looked down, wondering if she was blind and couldn't see they ran out. "Sorry!" She faked a smile. "We're out. Want a cookie instead?"

The girl scoffed. "You're useless."

These two words attracted Walkers attention, who was turned around talking to other customers. Sure Sophia could stand her ground against mindless bullies, but it didn't mean she wanted to.

"Can I help you?" Walker asked coolly.

Bridgette's reaction was immediate when she saw him, her eyes widening and her whole demeanor changing in one second flat. Her innocent expression couldn't have been more fake.

"Oh hi! Didn't expect you to be here with her." Bridgette's laugh was high and shrill. "But then again, knowing you you probably have so much compassion for nobody's. You're such a great person Walker." She twirled her hair around her finger, leaning on the stand at the last sentence.

Walker seemed shell shocked. Sophia glared at the bleach blonde, her face heating up at being called a nobody. She hated that to some extent, Bridgette was right.

Walker stepped slightly infront of Sophia, the movement not going unnoticed by Bridgette. He put his hand on her dollar bill, sliding it back towards her.

"If you're looking for a scone I suggest that coffee shop next door." He pointed in a different direction. "Or the one over there." He used his thumb to jab at the street behind him. "Or maybe that one over there."

Bridgette scoffed, realizing she wasn't getting the reaction she wanted. She snatched the dollar back, stalking away as her cheeks flushed with red.

The pair behind the stand looked at each other wide-eyed before collapsing in laughter. Sophia realized that for the first time, people like Bridgette didn't matter. She had everything she could possibly need now with Walker and Leena, so all of those snobby high school girls could take a hike.

"She was one of the groupies who tried to invade my porch last week." Sophia mentioned, taking a dollar from a nice elderly man and handing him a cookie.

Walker leaned on the cart, shaking his head. "If I'm honest, I hate people like her. Acting like she's better than everyone else, it reminds me of those kids who used to make fun of me in elementary."

"You got bullied?" Sophia raised her brows in surprise.

He nodded. "It was more so teasing and harmless jokes, but yeah. I did."

The dreary conversation changed in a split second. "But look at me now! Not to brag, but I think I have more fans than I do bullies."

"1.8 million to be exact." She joked, selling another cookie. "I wonder how many I'd have if this whole thing works out."
