The thought that someone close to her wasn't who she thought they were was more than a little off putting to Sophia.

She jumped whenever one of her friends tapped her on the shoulder, not to mention her now subconscious dissection of people's actions and words. In doing so, it made everything a whole lot worse. No one liked being watched, and she had to keep apologizing whenever she got caught.

"You need something?" Charlie gave Sophia a pointed look, snapping her back to reality. She had been watching him scroll on his phone for an embarrassingly long time, and she gave a quick shake of her head.

"Nope, sorry." She scooted back further into her chair, scribbling a few more thoughts in her journal. Pouring everything in her head out onto the pages was her new de-stressing method, and she desperately needed to clear some space in her head for the busy week to come.

Dior sat up from her upside down position on the couch, waving her phone in the air. "Cars are here, let's go gang!" They all jumped up, Sophia running to slip on her converse before leaving the hotel room.

Not long after, they pulled up to an office building, and took the elevator dozens of levels up to the studio they had been filming promo in. Today was supposed to be an easy fun one, since they were doing games.

Needless to say, Walker and Sophia smoked everyone in PJO trivia, having read the books countless times. And the 'girls only' interview was the most fun she had yet, playing would-you-rather and never have I ever.

The final game was a trust building obstacle course. Teams of two would navigate the course, one of them giving directions to the other, who was blindfolded. Sophia, who directed Leah, almost shouted herself hoarse trying to make herself heard over Walker, who was directing Aryan. Charlie and Dior were hopeless from the start.

"go left!" Sophia yelled. "No, your OTHER left!"

"NOT YOU ARYAN!" Walker shouted, trying to control his laughter. Dior was practically pulling out her hair in frustration.

"STOP CHARLIE, THAT'S A WALL!!"

Walker and Aryan won by an inch, much to Leah's disappointment. Sophia nudged her, smirking. "What if we just pretend we won anyways?" The two of them giggled, high-fiving before Leah wandered off to say a few goodbyes.

The crew began to clean up the studio, and Sophia migrated to a corner, taking a few sips from her water bottle as she scanned the room. Her eyes landed on Walker, standing with his arms crossed as he talked to Aryan.

Even the way he spoke made her heart flutter. And he did this really cute thing where his nose crinkled whenever he laughed. Her heart sank when she realized they hadn't shared a laugh like that recently. It used to be all the time.

"Sophia I was thinking-"

"AH—shit!" She nearly jumped out of her skin, choking as water spilled down the front of her shirt. Leah, who had tried to get her attention, hopped back in surprise.
