Krystel

The next morning it was me who didn't want to get out of bed. Sheryl was up and in the shower since she had arranged to go around to her mum's for lunch. I didn't have any plans today so thought I'd go 'round and annoy Justin for a while.

"You awake yet?" Sheryl smiled walking through the door.

"Yep. Mind if I jump in for a  quick shower?"

"Help yourself, babe."

I disappeared into bathroom to get showered and dressed and by the time I was finished, Sheryl was just finishing putting her make up on. She looked gorgeous as usual, she never went over the top with her make up like most girls did now and I was glad about that. She didn't even need to wear any at all. She was so lucky to be naturally pretty.

"You look stunning as usual Sheryl."

"Be quiet, you. So what are you going to do today?"

"I'm gonna go see what Justin is up to, otherwise I'll just sit at home and miss you."

"Aww cute... I'll miss you too babe."

Sheryl dropped me off at Justin's on the way to her mum's. I was ready to walk away when he eventually answered the door.

"Hey... Sorry I was out back. Come in!" He invited me leaving the door open for me to follow him. "Fancy a drink?"

"No I'm good thanks. So how are you?"

He grabbed a bottle of water from the fridge and walked through to the living room. Again, I followed him and sat down on the sofa.

"Brandon texted me this morning." I could tell he was trying not to smile.

"That's great! Did you two get back together?"

"Not yet," he grinned, obviously quite proud of himself.

"Well, hurry up and sort it out, Justin!"

"I will, when I'm ready."

I really didn't get guys sometimes, why did they have to play games. Girls were just as bad too, though. I thought it was pretty childish myself, if you wanted to be with someone then you should just go for it.

"So what's happening with you and Sheryl?"

"You mean my girlfriend Sheryl?" I grinned.

"No way!! Really? About time to!!"

"Yep, I finally asked her."

I told Justin not to tell anybody just yet. I knew it probably wouldn't stay quiet for long but I just didn't want anybody to get in the way. Relationships were always better when other people didn't get involved.

Justin and I spent the afternoon watching crap TV and chatting and I made my way back home in time for dinner.

Sheryl

"I'll phone you later babe, have a good day." I smiled as Krys got out the car.

"You too. Bye."

Driving the 15 minutes to my mum's, I couldn't help but smile. Every time I thought about Krys, it made me happy. By the time I got to mum's, I was missing her already. I thought about calling her quickly before I went in just to hear her voice but I decided against it in the end. Instead I switched my phone off so I wasn't tempted to text her, the last thing I wanted was to come across as clingy. There was nothing worse than someone being clingy. She'd end up getting fed up with me and I definitely didn't want that.

When I knocked on the door, I was hoping she'd be alone. Probably quite selfish of me but if Lori was there then it meant that Lindsay would be too and I wasn't really in the mood for pathetic little dirty looks.
